스테인레스 강판을 소재로 하여 육면체로 구성되는 물탱크를 제조함에 있어서, 물탱크(1)를 구성하는 벽체(10)가 상,중,하벽체로 등분되어 분할벽체(10a)(10b)(10c)로 만들어져 서로 적층 용접되며 분할벽체(10a)(10b)(10c)는 물탱크 외벽의 길이에 대응하는 길이를 가지는 하나의 스테인레스강판(S)을 선택하여 4면을 가지는 4각형관체(S1)가 형성되도록 절곡표시부(P)가 선정되어 절곡되고 절곡부는 직경 30~50mm 되는 원의 4분의1 원호를 이루는 곡면절곡부(P1)로 형성되며 곡면절곡부와 인접하는 벽면(W)의 상단과 하단을 따라 각각 내향으로 돌출되면서 벽면과 직각을 유지하는 폭15~30mm되는 플랜지 형상의 접합절곡편(W1)(W2)을 구비하고 벽면(W)에는 또 벽면에서 외측으로 돌출되는 돌출선(W3)과 돌출면(W4)으로 된 보강요철부(W5)를 구비하며 판체 양단부에 벽면과 직각을 유지하도록 내향으로 절곡되는 양단 접합편(W6)(W7)을 형성하여 벽체 내부에서 서로 용접한 접합부(W8)를 가지고 내면 전체에 에폭시수지소부코팅막(e)을 형성한 동일규격체로 구성되어져 양단 접합부(W8)가 서로 어긋난 위치에 오도록 분할벽체(10a)(10b)(10c)를 상하로 적층시켜서 상하단의 접합절곡편(W1)(W2) 내면과 곡면절곡부를 상하로 용접하고 벽체(10) 상단과 하단에 보강요철부(1d')를 갖는 천정판(1d)과 바닥판(1e)을 각각 용접하여 바닥판 저면에 고무판(2)을 부착하여 토대(3)위에 장착되며 천정판 일측에 4각관으로 된 맨홀부(4)를 형성하되 그 개폐부 양측벽에 가로방향으로 안내홈(4a)을 내고 이와 접하는 뚜껑 양측벽에 접속롤러(5a)를 부착하여 뚜껑(5)의 접속롤러가 맨홀부의 양측벽에 형성된 안내홈에 결합하도록 뚜껑을 장치하여 뚜껑이 맨홀부의 안내홈을 따라 개폐되게한 스테인레스 강판제 물탱크In manufacturing a water tank made of a hexahedron made of a stainless steel sheet, the wall 10 constituting the water tank 1 is divided into upper, middle, and lower walls to divide the partition walls 10a, 10b, and 10c.
