Description
Claims (11)
- 연료가 저장된 연료탱크,공기를 흡입하여 압축하는 공기압축펌프,상기 공기압축펌프에 설치되어 압축된 공기를 감압하는 압력조정밸브,상기 연료탱크로부터 연료를 공급받고 상기 공기압축펌프로부터 공기를 공급받는 버너 조립체, 및상기 버너 조립체로부터 연료를 받아 연소시키는 연소실을 포함하되,상기 압력조정밸브는 고압 압력조정밸브와 저압 압력조정밸브로 이루어지고, 상기 저압 압력조정밸브에는 밸브 개폐수단이 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기압축펌프는, 회전하는 압축부, 상기 압축부의 일측에 설치되며 내부에 공기가 유동하는 챔버가 형성된 하우징을 포함하며,상기 챔버는 공기가 흡입되는 도입챔버와, 압축된 공기가 유입되는 압축챔버로 구성되고,상기 고압 압력조정밸브와 저압 압력조정밸브는 상기 압축챔버쪽 하우징에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공기압축펌프는, 회전하는 압축부, 상기 압축부의 일측에 설치되며 내부에 공기가 유동하는 챔버가 형성된 하우징을 포함하며,상기 챔버는 공기가 흡입되는 도입챔버와, 압축된 공기가 유입되는 압축챔버로 구성되고,상기 저압 압력조정밸브와 밸브 개폐수단은 상기 압축챔버와 버너 조립체를 연결하는 에어라인에 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 개폐수단은, 상기 저압 압력조정밸브에 결합되는 밸브 본체와 상기 밸브 본체에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 회전구동부로 이루어지되,상기 밸브 본체는 저압압력조정밸브에 결합되며 둘레에 압축공기의 배출홈을 구비한 결합관, 상기 결합관의 일단부에 형성되며 둘레방향을 따라 경사면이 형성되고 중앙에는 결합 구멍이 형성된 결합부를 구비하고,상기 회전구동부는 상기 밸브 본체의 경사면을 따라 이동하는 가이드 돌기, 상기 가이드 돌기와 같은 방향으로 연장되며 상기 결합 구멍에 끼워지는 고정봉, 상기 고정봉의 단부에 형성되어 저압 압력조정밸브를 개폐하는 패킹재를 구비하며,상기 패킹재와 밸브 본체 사이에는 탄성부재가 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 밸브 본체에는 상기 가이드 돌기의 회전을 저지시키는 스토퍼가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 개폐수단은, 상기 저압압력조정밸브에 결합되는 밸브 본체와 상기 밸브 본체에 회전 가능하게 결합되는 회전구동부로 이루어지되,상기 밸브 본체는 저압압력조정밸브에 결합되며 둘레에 압축공기의 배출홈을 구비한 결합관, 상기 결합관의 일측 단부에 형성되며 회전구동부와 결합하는 결합부, 상기 결합부의 외주면에 돌출되게 형성되는 가이드 돌기를 구비하고,상기 회전구동부는 밸브 본체의 결합부에 회전 가능하게 결합되며 상기 가이드 돌기가 삽입되는 가이드 구멍이 형성된 결합몸체, 상기 결합몸체의 일측에 연장 형성되며 상기 가이드 돌기와 가이드 구멍의 회전위치를 변경하면서 전후방 위치를 조정되는 고정봉, 상기 고정봉의 단부에 형성되어 저압 압력조정밸브를 개폐하는 패킹재를 구비하며,상기 패킹재와 밸브 본체 사이에는 탄성부재가 개재되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 밸브 개폐수단은 상기 저압 압력조정밸브에 결합되는 마개인 것을 특징 으로 하는 열풍기.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 고압 압력조정밸브 또는 저압 압력조정밸브는, 상기 하우징에 형성된 중공의 배출 포트, 상기 배출 포트를 개폐시키는 볼, 상기 볼을 탄성적으로 지지하는 스프링, 상기 스프링을 지지하며 회전 이송이 가능한 압력조정 스크류를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 회전구동부는 사용자가 손으로 잡을 수 있는 손잡이가 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 압력조정밸브가 구비된 열풍기.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 압축챔버에는 버너 조립체에 연통된 에어라인과 압력조정밸브가 설치된 공간이 분리하도록 격벽이 형성되어 있으며, 상기 격벽에는 관통구멍이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 하우징에는 상기 관통구멍을 향하도록 압력게이지 및 플러그가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 열풍기.
