Claims (20)
- 폴리올레핀 및 폴리올레핀 왁스를 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 [A] 는 2850 nm 이상의 중량 평균 분자 사슬 길이 및 밀도 ρ1 (g/cm3)을 갖고, 폴리올레핀 왁스 [B] 는 700 - 6000 의 중량 평균 분자량 및 밀도 ρ2 (g/cm3)을 갖고, 폴리올레핀 및 폴리올레핀 왁스가 [A]/[B] = 90/10 - 50/50 (중량비) 로 배합되고, 밀도 ρ1 및 ρ2 가 하기 조건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름:0.92 ≤ρ1 ≤0.940.91 ≤ρ2 ≤0.93-0.01 ≤(ρ1 - ρ2) ≤0.03.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부텐 및 헥센으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 단량체로부터 수득되는 중합체, 초고 분자량 폴리에틸렌 및 초고 분자량 폴리프로필렌으로부터 선택되고, 폴리올레핀 왁스가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 폴리에틸렌 (에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 등과 같은 폴리에틸렌계 수지, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 등과 같은 폴리프로필렌계 수지, 폴리(4-메틸펜텐-1), 폴리(부텐-1) 및 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 왁스로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 [A] 가 10 중량% 이상의 양으로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름.
- 폴리올레핀 및 폴리올레핀 왁스를 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름 제조용 조성물에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 [A] 는 2850 nm 이상의 중량 평균 분자 사슬 길이 및 밀도 ρ1 (g/cm3)을 갖고, 폴리올레핀 왁스 [B] 는 700 - 6000 의 중량 평균 분자량 및 밀도 ρ2 (g/cm3)을 갖고, 폴리올레핀 및 폴리올레핀 왁스가 [A]/[B] = 90/10 - 50/50 (중량비) 로 배합되고, 밀도 ρ1 및 ρ2 가 하기 조건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:0.92 ≤ρ1 ≤0.940.91 ≤ρ2 ≤0.93-0.01 ≤(ρ1 - ρ2) ≤0.03.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 부텐 및 헥센으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 단량체로부터 수득되는 중합체, 초고 분자량 폴리에틸렌 및 초고 분자량 폴리프로필렌으로부터 선택되고, 폴리올레핀 왁스가 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 선형 폴리에틸렌 (에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체), 고밀도 폴리에틸렌 등과 같은 폴리에틸렌계 수지, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 등과 같은 폴리프로필렌계 수지, 폴리(4-메틸펜텐-1), 폴리(부텐-1) 및 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체의 왁스로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름 제조용 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 [A] 가 10 중량% 이상의 양으로 함유되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름 제조용 조성물.
- 스크류 혼련 장치를 이용하여, 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물의 혼련 단계를 포함하는 폴리올레핀계 수지 필름 제조용 조성물의 제조 방법에 있어서, 폴리올레핀계 수지 조성물이 하기 조건을 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법:2850 nm 이상의 중량 평균 분자 사슬 길이 및 밀도 ρ1 (g/cm3)을 갖는 폴리올레핀 [A] 와, 700 - 6000 의 중량 평균 분자량 및 밀도 ρ2 (g/cm3)을 갖는 폴리올레핀 왁스 [B] 가 [A]/[B] = 90/10 - 50/50 (중량비) 로 배합되고,밀도 ρ1 및 ρ2 가 하기 조건을 만족시킴:0.92 ≤ρ1 ≤0.940.91 ≤ρ2 ≤0.93-0.01 ≤(ρ1 - ρ2) ≤0.03.
