Abstract
Description
수득된 반응액으로부터 170℃의 탑저온도 및 67kPa의 압력 조건에서 감압 증류에 의해 아세톤, 물, 에틸머캅탄 등을 제거한 후, 130℃의 온도 및 14kPa의 압력 조건에서 추가로 감압 증류시켜, 페놀을 증류 제거하고, 비스페놀 A 농도가 40중량%가 될 때까지 농축하여 페놀·비스페놀 A 용액을 수득하였다.
Claims (4)
- 산성 촉매의 존재하에서 과잉의 페놀과 아세톤을 축합시켜 비스페놀 A를 생성시킨 후,(A) 상기 산성 촉매를 실질적으로 함유하지 않는 반응 혼합액을 농축시키는 공정,(B) 상기 공정 (A)에서 수득된 농축 잔액으로부터 비스페놀 A와 페놀의 부가물을 결정화 및 분리시키는 공정,(C) 상기 공정 (B)에서 결정화 및 분리된 비스페놀 A와 페놀의 부가물을 페놀 함유 용액을 이용하여 용해시키는 공정,(D) 상기 공정 (C)에서 수득된 용액으로부터 비스페놀 A와 페놀의 부가물을 결정화 및 분리시키는 공정, 및(E) 상기 공정 (D)에서 결정화 및 분리된 비스페놀 A와 페놀의 부가물을 가열 용융시킨 후 페놀을 증류 제거시키는 공정을, 필수적인 공정으로서 수행하는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법에 있어서,공정 (C)와 공정 (D) 사이에 여과기에 의한 여과 공정을 하나 이상 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,여과기가 유리섬유 여과기인, 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,산성 촉매가 설폰산형 양이온 교환 수지인, 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,공정 (D)가, 공정 (C)에서 수득된 용액으로부터 비스페놀 A와 페놀의 부가물을 결정화 및 분리시키고, 추가로 해당 부가물을 페놀 함유 용액을 이용하여 용해시킨 후 결정화 및 분리시키는 조작을 1회 이상 반복하는 것으로 이루어지고,공정 (C) 또는 공정 (D)에서 비스페놀 A와 페놀의 부가물을 페놀 함유 용액을 이용하여 용해시키는 공정과, 이 용액으로부터 해당 부가물을 결정화 및 분리시키는 공정 사이에 여과기에 의한 여과 공정을 하나 이상 제공하는, 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
