- 하기 화학식 3d로 표시되는 물질을 이온-플레이팅 또는 스퍼터링하여 탄소/질소 원자비가 0.5/0.5 내지 0/1인 질화물 또는 탄질화물의 층을 형성함으로써 얻어진, 경질피막:[화학식 3d](Cr(1-p-q-r-s-t)AlpZrqHfrSisBt)상기 식에서, 첨자는 하기의 조건을 만족하는 원자비를 나타내며, q 또는 r은 0일 수 있고, s 또는 t는 0일 수 있다:p<0.5인 경우:0.2≤p<0.5,0.2≤(q+r)≤0.5,0<(s+t)≤0.2,0.05≤(1-p-q-r-s-t) 이고,p≥0.5인 경우:0.5≤p≤0.7,0.05≤(q+r)≤0.25,0<(s+t)≤0.2,0.15≤(1-p-q-r-s-t) 이다.

- 제 13항에 있어서,입방정형 결정구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질피막.
- 제 14항에 있어서,입방정형 결정구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질피막.
- 제 1항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,1000 ㎚ 이상의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질피막.
