- 삭제
- 기판;상기 기판 상에 복수개의 게이트 버스 라인들과 데이터 버스 라인들이 수직으로 교차되고, 상기 게이트 버스 라인들 및 데이터 버스 라인들 일단에 형성되며, 상기 기판의 일측면 상에 배치된 복수개의 게이트 패드와 데이터 패드; 및상기 게이트 패드들 및 데이터 패드들과 소정간격 이격되도록 디스플레이 영역 외곽 둘레를 따라 배치되고, 상기 복수개의 게이트 버스 라인들과 데이터 버스 라인들에 오버랩되게 교차되면서 배치된 하나의 리페어 리던던시 라인(repair redundancy line)을 포함하며,상기 라인들이 교차되는 부분에서의 리페어 리던던시 라인의 형태는 계속적인 단접의 실시가 가능하도록, 교차되는 부분의 선폭이 교차되지 않는 부분의 선폭보다 넓어 교차되는 부분을 중심으로 일영역이 둘러싸여지는 사각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터 액정표시장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 리페어 리던던시 라인의 사각형 부분과 대향되는 상기 게이트 버스 라인들과 데이터 버스 라인들의 교차되는 부분의 선폭은 교차되지 않는 부분의 선폭보다 넓어져 계속적인 단접의 실시가 가능하며, 인접한 상기 게이트 버스 라인 및 데이터 버스 라인들과 쇼트가 발생하지 않는 거리를 유지하면서 상기 리페어 리던던시 라인의 사각형면적과 동일한 사각형 형태를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 박막 트랜지스터 액정표시장치.
