Claims (24)
- 은색 광택 안료를 형성하는 방식으로, 은색 광택 안료를 형성하는 다겹 피복된 투명한 소판형 기재 및(A) TiO2로 구성된, 5 내지 200nm 두께의 고굴절률 피복층;(B) 굴절률(n)이 1.8 이하인, 30 내지 300nm 두께의 무색 피복층; 및(C) TiO2로 구성된, 5 내지 200nm 두께의 고굴절률 피복층과, 선택적으로(D) 외부 보호층으로 구성된 하나 이상의 층 서열을 포함하는 은색 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소판형 기재가 천연 운모, 합성 운모, 활석, 카올린, 소판형 산화철, 소판형 산화알루미늄, 유리 소판, SiO2 소판, TiO2 소판, Al2O3 소판, 지지되지 않은 합성 소판, 질화티탄, 규소화티탄, 홀로그래픽 안료, BiOCl, 또는 FeTiO3 또는 FeTiO5의 소판형 혼합 산화물인 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(B) 층이 이산화규소, 산화알루미늄, AlO(OH), B203, MgSiO3, 불소화마그네슘 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 광택 안료.
- 은색 광택 안료를 형성하는, (A) 층+(B) 층+(C) 층+(B) 층+(C) 층의 층 서열, 및 선택적으로 (D) 외부 보호층을 함유하는 다겹 피복된 투명한 소판형 기재를 포함하고, 이때(A) 층은 TiO2로 구성된, 5 내지 200nm 두께의 고굴절률 피복층이고;(B) 층은 굴절률(n)이 1.8 이하인, 30 내지 300nm 두께의 무색 피복층이고;(C) 층은 TiO2로 구성된, 5 내지 200nm 두께의 고굴절률 피복층인은색 광택 안료.
- 은색 광택 안료를 형성하는, (A) 층+(B) 층+(C) 층+(B) 층+(C) 층+(B) 층+(C) 층의 층 서열, 및 선택적으로 (D) 외부 보호층을 함유하는 다겹 피복된 투명한 소판형 기재를 포함하고, 이때(A) 층은 TiO2로 구성된, 5 내지 200nm 두께의 고굴절률 피복층이고;(B) 층은 굴절률(n)이 1.8 이하인, 30 내지 300nm 두께의 무색 피복층이고;(C) 층은 TiO2로 구성된, 5 내지 200nm 두께의 고굴절률 피복층인은색 광택 안료.
- 삭제
- 수성 매질중에서 금속 염을 가수분해적으로 분해시킴으로써 기재를 화학적으로 습식 피복시키거나, 유동층 반응기에서 기재를 기체상 피복시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 1 항에 따른 광택 안료의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 안료로 착색된 도료, 피복물, 페인팅 잉크, 보안용 인쇄용 잉크, 플라스틱, 세라믹 물질, 유리, 화장품용 배합물, 손톱 및 발톱용 매니큐어, 립스틱, 콤팩트 파우더, 겔, 로션, 비누, 치약, 자동차용 피복물, 산업용 피복물, 분말 피복물 또는 윈도우.
- 제 1 항에 따른 하나 이상의 광택 안료, 하나 이상의 결합제, 및 선택적으로 하나 이상의 첨가제를 포함하는 안료 제제.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,유기 염료, 제 1 항에 따른 안료 이외의 다른 안료, 액정 중합체, 소판형 산화철, 충전제 또는 이들의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는 안료 제제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소판형 기재가 시이트(sheet)형 실리케이트인 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(B) 층이 이산화규소를 포함하는 광택 안료.
- 은색 광택 안료를 형성하는, (A) 층+(B) 층+(C) 층+(B) 층+(C) 층+(B) 층+(C) 층+(B) 층+(C) 층의 층 서열, 및 선택적으로 (D) 외부 보호층을 함유하는 다겹 피복된 투명한 소판형 기재를 포함하고, 이때(A) 층은 TiO2로 구성된, 5 내지 200nm 두께의 고굴절률 피복층이고;(B) 층은 굴절률(n)이 1.8 이하인, 30 내지 300nm 두께의 무색 피복층이고;(C) 층은 TiO2로 구성된, 5 내지 200nm 두께의 고굴절률 피복층인은색 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소판형 기재의 두께가 0.005 내지 10㎛이고, 길이가 1 내지 500㎛인 광택 안료.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,소판형 기재의 두께가 0.5 내지 5㎛이고, 두께와 독립적으로 길이가 2 내지 200㎛인 광택 안료.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,소판형 기재의 길이가 5 내지 60㎛인 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(A) 층 및 (C) 층의 두께가 각각 서로 독립적으로 10 내지 100nm인 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(A) 층 및 (C) 층의 두께가 각각 서로 독립적으로 20 내지 70nm인 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(B) 층의 두께가 30 내지 100nm인 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(B) 층의 두께가 30 내지 80nm인 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,기재상의 모든 층의 총 두께가 3㎛ 이하인 광택 안료.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,기재상의 모든 층의 총 두께가 3㎛ 이하인 광택 안료.
- 제 1 항의 광택 안료를 첨가하거나 도포하여 도료, 피복물, 페인팅 잉크, 보안용 인쇄용 잉크, 플라스틱, 세라믹 물질, 유리, 화장품용 배합물, 손톱 및 발톱용 매니큐어, 립스틱, 콤팩트 파우더, 겔, 로션, 비누, 치약, 자동차용 피복물, 산업용 피복물, 분말 피복물 또는 윈도우를 착색하는 방법.
