Claims (5)
- 하기 화학식 1을 갖는 적색형광체:<화학식 1>(Ca1-xMx)AaBbSs:Eu2+,Q(상기 식에서, M은 Mg, Sr, Ba, Zn로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 2가의 양이온인 것을 특징으로 하고, A는 Si, Ge로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 4가의 양이온인 것을 특징으로 하고, B는 Al, Ga, Sc, Y, La 및 Gd로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 3가의 양이온인 것을 특징으로 하고, Q는 할로겐 원소로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하며, x는 0 내지 0.2 이고, a는 0<a≤0.5 이고, b는 0<b≤1.0, s는 1+2a+3b/2 이다. )
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 Q의 함량은 화학식 1의 전체 조성 중 1 내지 10 중량%의 범위로 포함됨을 특징으로 한 적색형광체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색형광체는 460 내지 490 nm 범위에서 들뜸 스펙트럼을 나타내고, 600 내지 740 nm 범위에서 발광 스펙트럼을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 한 적색형광체.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적색형광체를 포함하는 백색 발광소자.
- Ca 함유 화합물, M 함유 화합물, A 함유 화합물, B 함유 화합물, Eu 함유 화합물, S 및 할로겐 원소 함유 화합물을 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 700 내지 1000℃에서 1 시간 내지 3시간 동안 1차 소성시키는 단계;상기 1차 소성된 시료를 분쇄시키고, 여기에 황을 첨가하여 700 내지 1000℃에서 1 시간 내지 3시간 동안 2차 소성시키는 단계;상기 2차 소성단계를 반복하는 3차 소성단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한 적색형광체의 제조방법.( 여기서 Ca, M, A, B 함유 화합물은 각 원소가 함유된 산화물, 탄산염, 염화물, 수산화물, 황산염, 불화물, 질산염, 초산염 및 이들의 혼합물을 나타내고, M은 Mg, Sr, Ba, Zn에서 선택된 원소, A는 Si, Ge에서 선택된 원소, B는 Al, Ga, Sc, Y, Sb, La 및 Gd에서 선택된 원소이며, Eu 함유 화합물은 Eu2O3, Eu2(CO3)3,Eu(OH)3,Eu(NO3)3및 Eu 금속으로부터 공침화합물을 형성한 화합물로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물임을 특징으로 한다. )
