BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a heavy duty vehicle tire, and more particularly, to a tire formed by lowering the height of the outermost block of the tread than the height of the neighboring block.

Radial pneumatic tires have the thickest rubber thickness in the shoulder part of the tread, resulting in the greatest heat generation of tires while driving. Because of this heat generation, the rubber temperature easily rises above 100 degrees Celsius, which causes the rubber to harden and separation occurs between the belt layers at the bottom.

Thus, in the related art, as shown in FIG. 1A of the accompanying drawings, the height of the outermost tread block, which is the shoulder portion, is formed to be lower than that of the neighboring tread block, thereby reducing the thickness of the rubber layer to improve heat dissipation performance. However, in such a tire, due to the simple step of the shoulder portion, there is a discontinuity line (a) in the ground shape as shown in (b) of FIG. 1, which is attached, which is a crack of the bottom of the outermost groove, There is a defect that causes abnormal uneven wear of the shoulder rib (Rib).

In addition, in order to effectively control the sliding (Wandering) phenomenon on the inclined surface and improve the straight stability while maintaining the performance of the original tire as shown in Figure 1 (c) of the accompanying drawings, it has an arc-shaped continuous step The tires were provided by expanding the width. However, this has the drawback that even though it has a continuous step, its volume becomes larger and the heat dissipation performance is worse.

Accordingly, the present invention improves the grounding state of the outermost block by placing an arc-shaped continuous and sequential height difference without lowering the height of the outermost block, and the rib outside the shoulder portion does not touch the ground at high speed, and thus the momentum In order to improve the heat dissipation performance by increasing the cross-sectional area by forming a semigroove in the outermost block and further improving the heat dissipation performance, the present invention will be described in the accompanying drawings. By explaining it is as follows.

A rib 4 formed of a tread 1 and a sidewall 2 and a bead part (not shown in the drawing) and formed by a groove 3 on the shoulder side of the tread part 1 is formed. 4) is provided by lowering the height continuously and sequentially in an arc shape. The present invention is characterized in that the rib 4 is formed with at least one semi-groove 5 in the circumferential direction.

The semi-rib generated by installing the semi-groove 5 on the rib 4 is preferably formed of a convex semi-ribbed convex 6 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the stomach may be formed of flat semi-ribs 61 flat and flat.

The rib 4, which is formed by successively lowering the height in an arc shape, has a height h1 of the inner starting point of the step of 1/10 to 2/10 of the outermost groove depth D and an outer end point. It is preferable that the height h2 is 2 / 10-20 / 10 of the outermost groove depth D.

Such a present invention,

1. It increases the heat dissipation performance by reducing the rubber thickness of the shoulder ribs, and introduces a continuous step in an arc shape and adopts a plurality of semi grooves to maximize the heat dissipation performance by increasing the cross-sectional area. In particular, since the rib outside the shoulder portion does not touch the ground during the high-speed driving, the momentum is reduced, thereby greatly reducing the separation phenomenon between the belt layers, thereby greatly improving belt durability.

2. It prevents abnormal wear of shoulder ribs by avoiding discontinuity of tread ground width by decreasing the thickness of rubber in a continuous, arc-shaped manner, and greatly improves steering stability by grounding sequentially according to ground load. .

3. The plurality of semi-grooves (5) formed on the outermost rib can further improve the drainage on the wet road surface and greatly improve the high speed durability on the dry road surface.
