Claims (8)
- 제 1 강재를 냉간압연하여 제조되는 평탄한 면을 갖는 웨브; 및제 2 강재를 냉간압연 및 절곡하여 형성된 제 1 연장부 및 제 2 연장부를 갖는 하나 이상의 플랜지를 포함하되,상기 제 2 연장부의 길이가 상기 제 1 연장부의 길이보다 길고, 상기 제 1 연장부의 말단에는 소정 간격으로 복수의 요부가 형성되어 있으며, 상기 플랜지는 용접에 의해 상기 웨브에 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 플랜지의 단면의 형상은 삼각형, 사각형, 사다리꼴, 원형 또는 다각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 강재와 상기 제 2 강재는 동일한 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 강재와 상기 제 2 강재는 상이한 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 부재.
- 제 1 강재를 냉간압연하여 플레이트를 제조하는 단계;상기 플레이트의 말단을 가공하여 소정 간격으로 요부를 형성한 후, 절곡시 켜서 요부가 형성된 제 1 연장부 및 상기 제 1 연장부보다 길이가 긴 제 2 연장부를 갖는 플랜지를 제조하는 단계; 및제 2 강재를 냉간압연하여 형성된 웨브의 일단에 상기 플랜지를 용접하여 접합시키는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 용접 과정에서 용접재료(鎔接材料)가 상기 제 1 연장부의 요부를 통해 상기 제 2 연장부까지 용입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 강재와 상기 제 2 강재는 동일한 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 강재와 상기 제 2 강재는 상이한 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 부재의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 용접은 고주파 유도 용접, 전기 저항 용접, 금속 불활성 가스 용접, 텅스텐 불활성 가스 용접, 이산화탄소 시일드 아크 용접, 원자수소 가스 아크 용접, 스포트 용접, 전자빔 용접, 레이저 용접 또는 가스 용접인 것을 특징으로 하는 구조용 부재의 제조방법.
