Claims (8)
- 조압연된 강판을 가열하는 히터,상기 가열된 강판을 열간 압연하는 사상압연기,상기 열간 압연 강판을 냉각하는 런아웃테이블(Run Out Table), 및상기 냉각된 강판을 권취하는 권취기를 포함하고,상기 사상압연기는,상호 이격되어 갭(gap)을 형성하고, 압연 소재를 상기 갭을 통해서 압연하는 상하의 롤(roll),분사구가 상기 롤을 향하고, 윤활제를 분사하는 제1분사장치,분사구가 상기 강판의 진행방향과 예각으로 경사져서 형성되고, 상기 강판 및 상기 갭을 향하여 냉각수를 분사하는 제2분사장치, 및상기 제2분사장치와 관으로 연결되고, 제2분사장치로 유입되는 냉각수 양을 조절하는 제어장치를 포함하는 열간압연장치.
- 압연 소재가 압연 롤에 삽입되기 직전 제1냉각속도로 상기 압연 소재의 선단(先端)을 냉각하는 단계,상기 압연 소재가 상기 압연 롤에 삽입 된 이후 상기 압연 소재를 제2냉각속도로 냉각 및 윤활을 동시에 하면서 압연하는 단계,상기 압연 소재가 상기 압연 롤을 빠져 나가기 직전 윤활을 줄임과 동시에 제1냉각속도로 상기 압연 소재의 후단(後端)을 냉각하는 단계를 순차적으로 포함하고,제1냉각속도 값이 제2냉각속도 값 보다 큰 열간압연방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 압연 롤(roll)에 압연 소재가 삽입되기 전 윤활을 시작하는 단계를 더 포함하는 열간압연방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 냉각은 물을 분무하여 냉각하는 방법인 열간압연방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 윤활은 물과 윤활제의 혼합물을 분무하여 윤활하는 방법인 열간압연방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1냉각속도는 50 내지 100℃/초인 열간압연방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1단계에서,상기 압연 소재의 선단을 1 내지 2초간 제1냉각속도로 냉각하는 열간압연방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,제2냉각속도는 제1냉각속도의 실질적으로 1/2배인 열간압연방법.
