Claims (8)
- 계자 코일을 갖는 회전자와, 상기 회전자와 대향 배치된 고정자 철심 및 이 고정자 철심에 권회된 전기도체를 갖는 고정자와, 상기 회전자와 고정자를 지지하는 하우징을 구비한 차량용 교류 발전기에 있어서,상기 고정자 철심은 각각 축방향으로 늘어나는 복수개의 슬롯을 갖는 적층 철심으로 이루어지고,상기 전기도체는 상기 슬롯 내에 위치하는 수납부와 이 수납부끼리를 고정자 철심의 축단측에서 연결하는 걸침부로 이루어지고,상기 슬롯 내에 위치하는 수납부의 전기도체의 단면 형상을 실질적으로 직사각형으로 함과 함께,상기 걸침부에서의 상기 전기도체의 단면 형상을 실질적으로 원형으로 하고, 상기 슬롯 내에 위치하는 수납부에서의 전기도체의 적어도 긴 변 부분의 절연층 두께를 상기 걸침부의 절연층 두께보다 얇게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슬롯 내에 위치하는 수납부의 전기도체는, 둘레 방향을 긴 변으로 하고, 지름 방향을 짧은 변으로 하는 실질적인 직사각형 단면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슬롯 내에 위치하는 수납부의 전기도체는, 지름 방향을 긴 변으로 하 고, 둘레 방향을 짧은 변으로 한 실질적인 직사각형 단면으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류 발전기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 슬롯 내에 위치하는 수납부의 전기도체는, 지름 방향으로 일렬로 밀착 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류 발전기.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 슬롯 내에 위치하는 수납부의 전기도체는, 지름 방향으로 복수열로 밀착 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 슬롯 내에 위치하는 수납부의 전기도체에 절연성 수지가 함침되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류 발전기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 걸침부 외주는 상기 하우징에 의해 보호됨과 함께, 상기 적층 철심은 금속제 하우징에 의해 직접 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류 발전기.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 외주부에는 복수개의 리브와 상기 리브 사이에 형성된 흡기 또는 배기용의 구멍을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 교류 발전기.
