Claims (7)
- 세라믹 유전체층과 도체층을 교대로 적층하여 이루어지는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서에 있어서,상기 세라믹 유전체층은 코어 셸 구조를 갖는 세라믹 입자를 포함함과 동시에, 상기 세라믹 입자는 상기 도체층에 가까운 것일수록 셸부의 두께가 크게 형성되어 있고, 상기 세라믹 유전체층의 상기 도체층과의 계면 또는 상기 도체층 근방에 코어 셸 구조를 갖지 않는 세라믹 입자가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 유전체는 상기 코어 셸 구조를 갖는 세라믹 입자와 상기 코어 셸 구조를 갖지 않는 세라믹 입자의 개수의 비율이 7/3 이상 9/1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는적층 세라믹 콘덴서.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 적층 세라믹 콘덴서는 제 1 세라믹 유전체 분체에 희토류 원소의 산화물을 포함하는 제 1 첨가물 및 바인더를 혼합하여 작성한 슬러리를 시트형상으로 가공하여 작성된 그린 시트에 상기 제 1 첨가물중의 적어도 일 성분을 포함하는 제 2 첨가물과 제 2 세라믹 유전체 분체를 혼련한 도전성 페이스트를 도포하여 얻어지는 그린 시트를 복수개 적층하여 소성함으로써 만들어지고,상기 제 2 세라믹 유전체 분체의 입자 직경이 상기 제 1 세라믹 유전체 분체의 입자 직경의 절반 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
