- (a) 지방족 C6-C12 락탐 또는 4 내지 18 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 ω-아미노카르복실산의 중합체, 또는 4 내지 12개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 디아민, 7 내지 22개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 시클로지방족 디아민 및 6 내지 22개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 방향족 디아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 디아민의 중축함에 의해 얻어지는 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체의 코폴리아미드와, 4 내지 12개의 탄소원자를 갖는 지방족 디카르복실산, 8 내지 24개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 시클로 지방족 디카르복실산 및 8 내지 20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 방향족 디바르콕실산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 디카르복실산의 배합물; 중합 생성물 또는 중축합물을 기재로 한 성형 물질의 외층;(b) (1) - 스티렌/공액 디엔/스티렌의 블록 공중합체 또는 상기의 할로겐화 유도체로 제조되거나 합성된 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단일중합체 또는 공중합체와,-가교결합되지 않거나, 부분적으로 가교결합되거나 또는 완전히 가교결합된 아크릴레이트 및 실리콘인 올레핀계 고무로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 관능화 가교결합성 고무 물질과,-지방족 C6-C12 락탐 또는 4 내지 18개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 ω-아미노카르복실산의 중합 생성물, 또는 4 내지 12 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 디아민, 7 내지 22개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 시클로지방족 디아민 및 6 내지 22개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 방향족 디아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 디아민과 4 내지 12 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 지방족 디카르복실산, 8 내지 24 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 시클로지방족 디카르복실산 및 8 내지 20 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 방향족 디카르복실산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 디카르복실산의 중축합에 의해 얻어지는 중축합물, 또는 상기 중합 생성물 또는 중축합물의 블렌드인 코폴리아미드 또는 접착 변성 코폴리아미드 또는 상기의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 폴리아미드를 포함하는 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머의 TPE 물질;(2) - 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체와,-그래프트 카르복실화 니트릴 엘라스토머, 아크릴 엘라스토머, 카르복실화 폴리부타디엔, 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 테르폴리머 및 상기 중합체와 동일하지만 니트릴 고무, 폴리부타디엔, 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 테르폴리머 또는 이들의 혼합물과 같이 그래프트 되지 않은 엘라스토머의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 가황가능한 엘라스토머를 포함하는 중합체 매트릭스 내 역학적으로 가황된 고무의 TPE 물질;(3) 열가소성 폴리스티렌 엘라스토머(TPE-S) 또는 변성 스티렌 올레핀 엘라스토머 또는 스티렌 올레핀 엘라스토머 화합물의 TPE 물질;(4) 열가소성 염소화 엘라스토머 TPE 물질;(5) 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머 TPE 물질;(6) 열가소성 폴리아미드 엘라스토머 TPE 물질;(7) 열가소성 불소화 엘라스토머 TPE 물질; 및(8) 열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 TPE 물질를 포함하는 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머 TPE 물질;로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 열가소성 접착-변성 엘라스토머 조성물(TPE)의 몰딩 재료로 형성되고 상기 외층에 결합된 내층; 및여기서, 폴리아미드가 (2) 내지 (8)의 TPE 물질에 선택적으로 첨가되고,(c) (1) -스티렌/공액 디엔/스티렌의 블록 공중합체 또는 상기의 할로겐화 유도체로 제조되거나 합성되는 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단일중합체 또는 공중합체와,-가교결합되지 않거나, 부분적으로 가교결합되거나 또는 완전히 가교결합된 아크릴레이트 및 실리콘인 올레핀계 고무로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 관능화 가교결합성 고무 물질을 포함하는 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머 TPE 물질;(2) - 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체와,-그래프트 카르복실화 니트릴 엘라스토머, 아크릴 엘라스토머, 카르복실화 폴리부타디엔, 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 테르폴리머 및 상기 중합체와 동일하지만 니트릴 고무, 폴리부타디엔, 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 테르폴리머 또는 이들의 혼합물과 같이 그래프트 되지 않은 엘라스토머의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 가황가능한 엘라스토머를 포함하는 중합체 매트릭스 내 역학적으로 가황된 고무의 TPE 물질;(3) 열가소성 폴리스티렌 엘라스토머(TPE-S) 또는 변성 스티렌 올레핀 엘라스토머 또는 스티렌 올레핀 엘라스토머 화합물의 TPE 물질;(4) 열가소성 염소화 엘라스토머 TPE 물질;(5) 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머 TPE 물질;(6) 열가소성 폴리아미드 엘라스토머 TPE 물질;(7) 열가소성 불소화 엘라스토머 TPE 물질; 및(8) 열가소성 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 TPE 물질를 포함하는 폴리올레핀 엘라스토머 TPE 물질;로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 열가소성 접착-변성 엘라스토머 조성물 (TPE)의 성형 물질로 상기 내층의 안쪽에 형성되는 제3 플라스틱층 (단, 상기 제3 플라스틱층의 성형 물질용 엘라스토머 조성물(TPE)의 TPE 물질 (1) 내지 (8)은 폴리아미드를 포함하지 않는다.);을 포함하며, 가압 유체 도관으로 사용하기 위해 공압출에 의해 가공가능한 열가소성 중합체로 제조된 여러 가지 온도 조건 하에서 길이 변화율에 대한 내성을 갖는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 구간에 파형벽을 포함하는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀은 C2 또는 C7 단량체의 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체, 또는 (메트)아크릴레이트 또는 비닐 아세테이트와의 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀이 (메트)아크리레이트 또는 비닐 아세테이트를 가진 에틸렌의 공중합체인 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고무는 EPDM, EPM, 부틸 고무, 할로겐화 부틸 고무, 이소모노올레핀 및 파라-알킬스티렌 또는 이들의 할로겐화 유도체의 공중합체, 천연 및 합성 고무, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리부타디엔 고무, 스티렌 부타디엔 공중합체 고무, 니트릴 고무, 폴리클로로프렌 고무 및 상기의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외층은 층상 실리케이트로 변성될 수 있고 가소화제, 안정화제 또는 윤활제가 첨가될 수 있는 폴리아미드 12로 이루어지는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아미드 성형 물질이 외층의 경우 폴리아미드 매트릭스 100 중량부에 대해 0.5 내지 50 중량%의 양으로, 보론, 알루미늄, 갈륨, 인듐, 규소, 게르마늄, 주석, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 아연, 이트륨 또는 철로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속 원소의 산화물 및 산화수화물; 이산화규소; 또는 이산화규소 수화물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 나노 크기 충전제를 포함하는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 외층은 폴리아미드 12로 이루어지고, 상기 내층은 EPDM, 폴리프로필렌 및 폴리아미드, 및 접착 변성을 위한 폴리아미드의 혼합물을 포함하는 열가소성 접착 변성 엘라스토머 조성물(TPE)의 성형 물질로 이루어진 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제3 플라스틱층은 폴리아미드를 함유하지 않으며 EPDM 및 폴리프로필렌의 혼합물을 포함하는 열가소성 접착 변성 엘라스토머 조성물 (TPE)로 이루어진 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 내층 및 제3 플라스틱층에 사용된 열가소성 접착 변성 엘라스토머 조성물(TPE)은 ISO 868에 따라 측정했을 때 30 Shore A 내지 60 Shore D 범위의 경도를 갖는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 층들의 벽두께 비율이 길이를 따라 변하는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 접착 변성 엘라스토머 조성물(TPE)의 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단일중합체 또는 공중합체는 8 내지 90wt%의 폴리프로필렌을 포함하는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌이 상기 열가소성 접착 변성 엘라스토머 조성물(TPE)에 10 내지 60wt% 함유되는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 접착 변성 엘라스토머 조성물(TPE)이 폴리아미드 6을 포함하는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단일 중합체 또는 공중합체의 제3 플라스틱층이 폴리프로필렌인 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 파형벽 또는 파형벽의 구간은 나선형 파형벽을 포함하는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 나노 크기 충전제는 폴리아미드 매트릭스 100 중량부에 대해 1 내지 30 중량%의 양이 포함되는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 외층의 폴리아미드 12는 카르복실 말단기에 대해 과량의 아미노 말단기를 가지며, 상기 내층의 접착 변성 엘라스토머 조성물의 폴리아미드는 필수적으로 폴리아미드 6을 포함하는 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 경도가 30 Shore A 내지 90 Shore A 범위인 다중층 중합체 관.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 제 3 플라스틱층이 선택적으로 포함되는 다중층 중합체 관.
