Claims (5)
- 허니컴 구조체로서, 복수 개의 허니컴 세그먼트의 접합면이 접착재층을 매개로 하여 서로 일체로 접합되는 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체와, 상기 허니컴 세그먼트 접합체의 외주면을 피복하는 외주 코팅층을 구비하고, 상기 허니컴 구조체는 유체 채널을 형성하는 복수 개의 셀이 중앙 축선 방향으로 서로 평행하게 배치되는 구조를 가지며, 상기 허니컴 세그먼트는 상기 접합면의 일부분에만 배치되는 접착재층을 매개로 하여 접합되는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부분적인 접착재층이 마련되는 상기 접합면의 일부분은 허니컴 세그먼트의 중앙과 외측부 사이에 배치되어 임의의 최대 열 응력이 발생되지 않는 부분인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 부분적인 접착재층이 마련되는 상기 접합면의 일부분은 중앙 축선 방향으로 허니컴 세그먼트의 양단부를 포함하는 부분인 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부분적인 접착재층은 무기 섬유, 무기 바인더, 유기 바인더 및 무기 파티클로 이루어지는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 허니컴 세그먼트는 탄화규소(SiC) 또는 골재로서 탄화규소(SiC), 접착재로서 규소(Si)를 이용하여 형성된 규소-탄화규소 복합재로 제조되는 것인 허니컴 구조체.
