Claims (2)
- 태양전지 셀의 출력전압을 입력받아 DC/DC 변환시켜 부하로 유입되는 DC/DC 컨버터의 출력전류를 검출하는 변류기와;상기 변류기에서 아날로그신호로 출력되는 부하 전류를 디지털신호로 변환시켜 주는 A/D 변환기와;상기 A/D 변환기에서 출력되는 전류값에서 부하에 유입되는 현재 전류 및 이전 전류를 각각 검출하여 저장하는 현재 및 이전 전류 검출부와;듀티비 가산 및 감산기의 출력신호를 입력받아 현재 듀티비를 검출, 기억하는 현재 듀티비 검출부와;PWM 신호 발생기의 출력신호를 입력받아 이전의 듀티비를 검출 기억하는 이전 듀티비 검출부와;상기 현재 듀티비 검출부와 이전 듀티비 검출부의 출력신호를 각각 입력받아 상호 비교하는 현재 및 이전 듀티비 비교기와;상기 현재 및 이전 듀티비 비교기의 비교 결과값과 현재 및 이전 전류 검출부에서 출력되는 현재 전류 및 이전 전류를 각각 입력받아 현재 듀티비가 이전 듀티비보다 큰 상태 또는 작은 상태에서 각각 현재 전류와 이전 전류를 상호 비교하여 그 결과에 대응하는 출력값을 듀티비 가산기와 듀티비 감산기에 각각 출력해 주는 제 1 및 제 2 현재 전류 및 이전 전류 비교기와;상기 제 1 및 제 2 현재 전류 및 이전 전류 비교기에서 각각 소정의 출력신 호가 입력되면 현재의 듀티비에 듀티비 변화량을 가산하여 새로운 듀티비를 산출해 내는 듀티비 가산기와;상기 제 1 및 제 2 현재 전류 및 이전 전류 비교기에서 각각 소정의 출력신호가 입력되면 현재의 듀티비에 듀티비 변화량을 감산하여 새로운 듀티비를 산출해 내는 듀티비 감산기와;상기 듀티비 가산 및 감산기에서 출력되는 새로운 듀티비에 부응하여 증,감된 현재의 듀티비가 현재 듀티비 검출부를 통해 입력되면 그 듀티비에 부응하여 제어신호의 펄스 폭을 변조(PWM)시켜 이전 듀티비 검출부와 DC/DC 컨버터로 출력시켜 주는 PWM 신호 발생기로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전 시스템의 센스리스 엠피피티(MPPT) 제어장치.
- 변류기에 연결된 현재 및 이전 전류 검출부를 통해 부하로 유입되는 전류를 검출하여 저장하는 단계(S21)와;이전에 사용된 PWM 듀티비와 현재 사용중인 PWM 듀티비를 검출하여 저장하는 단계(S22)와;상기 현재의 듀티비(ND)가 이전의 듀티비(OD)보다 큰지를 비교 판단 단계(S23)와;상기에서 검출한 결과 현재 듀티비(ND)가 이전 듀티비(OD)보다 크거나(S23에서 Yes) 또는 작으면(S23에서 No) 각각 현재의 전류(NC)가 이전의 전류(OC)보다 큰 지를 비교 판단하는 단계(S24)(S25)와;상기에서 비교 판단한 결과 현재 듀티비가 이전 듀티비보다 크고(ND>OD) 현재 전류가 이전 전류보다 크거나(NC>OC) 또는 현재 듀티비가 이전 듀티비보다 작고(ND<OD) 현재 전류가 이전 전류보다도 작으면(NC<OC) 현재 듀티비(ND)에 듀티비 변화율(△D)을 가산(ND+△D)하여 새로운 듀티비를 생성하는 단계(S26)(S28)와;상기에서 비교 판단한 결과 현재 듀티비가 이전 듀티비보다 크고(ND>OD) 현재 전류가 이전 전류보다 작거나(NC<OC) 또는 현재 듀티비가 이전 듀티비보다 작고(ND<OD) 현재 전류가 이전 전류보다도 크면(NC>OC) 현재 듀티비(ND)에 듀티비 변화율(△D)을 감산(ND-△D)하여 새로운 듀티비를 생성하는 단계(S27)(S28)와;PWM 신호 발생기(3)를 통해 새로운 듀티비에 부응하는 PWM 신호를 발생하여 DC/DC 컨버터(18)를 제어하는 단계(S29);로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전 시스템의 센스리스 엠피피티(MPPT) 제어방법.
