Claims (3)
- 투명기판;상기 투명기판 상에 단위 화소를 한정하도록 교차하게 배치된 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인;상기 게이트 라인과 데이터 라인의 교차부에 배치되며, 게이트 전극과, 채널층 및 소오스/드레인 전극으로 구성된 TFT;상기 단위 화소 영역 내에 배치되어 프린지 필드를 형성하는 공통 전극과 화소 전극;상기 공통 전극의 가장자리 일부분과 콘텍되며, 상기 게이트 라인과 평행하면서 후단 게이트 라인과 인접하게 배치된 공통 전극 라인; 및상기 공통 전극과 화소 전극의 층 사이에, 상기 공통 전극과는 전기적으로 절연되고, 상기 화소 전극과는 전기적으로 콘텍되게 개재되며, 상기 공통 전극 라인 및 후단 게이트 라인과 오버랩되게 배치된 추가 보조 용량 형성용 금속 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속 패턴은, 상기 TFT의 소오스/드레인 전극용 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금속 패턴은, 단위 화소 영역 상에도 브렌치 형태로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드 액정표시장치.
