Claims (4)
- 삭제
- 모터의 동력을 전달받는 1차 웜축에서 1차 웜휠로 전달받아 1차 웜휠을 고정시키는 2차웜축으로 동력을 전달하고, 2차 웜축과 연동하는 2차 웜휠에 설치한 밸브를 여닫도록 하는 액추에이터에서,상기 1차 웜축의 동력을 1차 웜휠(25)에서 선기어축(27)으로 전달하도록 전원 인가시 브레이크 작동된 브레이크축(22)에 설치된 제 1 유성기어(P1)와;제 1 유성기어(P1)의 1차 링기어(17)에 결합되어 일체로 회전하며 핸들웜휠(28)을 유착시키고 제 2 유성기어(P2)의 2차 선기어(18-2)를 고정시키는 2차 선기어축(27)과;제 1 유성기어(P1)의 동력을 2차웜축(30)으로 전달하며, 수동모드시 핸들의 동력을 핸들웜휠(28), 2차 유성기어(19-2), 2차 링기어(17-2) 및 2차링기어축(13)을 통하여 2차웜축(30)으로 순차 전달하도록 이루어진 제 2 유성기어(P2)와;밸브를 여닫는 2차웜휠(29)을 구동하는 2차 웜축(30)의 외측 단부를 연장하여 결합한 스프링 태엽(40)을 포함하여 구성하고;밸브가 열리도록 하는 구동력을 정전시 태엽(40)의 복원력으로 간접 제공받도록 이루어지며, 브레이크축(22) 외면에는 외면에 수개의 다수의 요철(24-1)을 이룬 스토퍼휠(24)을 축착시키고, 스토퍼휠(24)의 외면 에는 수직으로 이동하여 스토퍼휠(24) 및 브레이크축(22)의 브레이크 기능을 하는 스토퍼핀(16)을 바디(1)에 안치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 리턴 밸브 액추에이터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 스토퍼핀(16)의 상단 바디(1)에 설치한 스토퍼레버힌지(15-1)에는 스토퍼핀(16)의 하강 구동력을 제공하도록 스토퍼레버(15)를 편심으로 유착하고,스토퍼핀(16)의 노말시 상승 복원력은 스파이럴 스프링(16-1)으로 복귀되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스프링 리턴 밸브 액추에이터.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 제 1 유성기어(P1)는 브레이크축(22)과 축착된 1차선기어(18)와,1차선기어(18)와 유성기어 결합하고 브레이크축(22)과 동축으로 유착된 2차선기어축(27)을 고정시키는 1차 유성기어(19)와,1차 유성기어와 유성기어결합하고 1차웜축(25-1)과 웜결합 하는 1차웜휠(25)과 1차 링기어 프랜지(26)를 통하여 결합된 1차 링기어(17)를 포함하는 스프링 리턴 밸브 액추에이터.
