- 바틀(Bottle)에 액정을 넣고 진공하에서 상기 바틀에 담겨진 상기 액정을 탈포하는 제 1 단계와,상기 바틀의 상기 액정 토출을 제어하는 제어부와 상기 바틀을 조립 및 셋팅하여 액정 시린지를 마련하는 제 2 단계와,상기 액정 시린지의 조립 및 셋팅 상태의 적정성 유무를 판단하는 제 3 단계와,상기 적정성 유무의 판단을 거친 상기 액정 시린지를 액정 디스펜싱 장치에 장착하는 제 4 단계와,상기 액정 디스펜싱 장치에 마련된 용기에 샷 당 액정량을 검사하여 상기 액정 시린지를 상기 액정 디스펜싱 장치에 장착하는 공정에서의 불량 여부를 판단하는 제 5 단계와,상기 액정 디스펜싱 장치에 로딩된 기판 상에 액정을 적하하는 제 6 단계를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 제 3 단계는,상기 액정 시린지로부터 상기 액정을 측정 용기에 토출하는 단계와,상기 측정 용기에 토출된 상기 액정의 적하량에 대응되는 데이터를 검출하는 단계와,상기 검출된 데이터를 모니터하여 상기 액정 시린지의 조립 및 셋팅 상태의 불량 여부를 판단하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.

- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 불량 여부의 판단은 상기 토출되는 액정의 샷 당 액정량의 미리 셋팅된 값과 상기 측정 용기에 토출된 액정량의 데이터와 비교하여 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
