Claims (5)
- 청색 파장 혹은 청색 파장과 청색 이외의 파장이 적어도 하나 이상 혼합된 파장을 갖는 광원으로부터 발광된 빛의 일부분을 흡수하여 상기 발광된 빛의 파장과는 다른 파장의 빛을 발광하고, 상기 광원에서 발광된 빛의 나머지 부분을 투과하도록 하는 확산시트로서,상기 확산시트는 발광된 빛을 투과시킬 수 있는 베이스수지(10)층 상에 상기 광원에서 발광된 빛을 여기 및 증폭시키는 광 여기 물질(1)과 상기 광원에서 발광된 빛을 산란 및 확산시키는 확산 물질(2)이 액상의 실리콘 수지상에 혼합된 상태로 도포되어 경화형성된 확산층(20)이 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 실리콘을 이용한 확산시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 베이스 수지(10)는 PET필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘을 이용한 확산시트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 확산층은 상기 베이스 수지(10)층에 스크린프린팅법에 의해 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 실리콘을 이용한 확산시트.
- 청색 파장 혹은 청색 파장과 청색 이외의 파장이 적어도 하나 이상 혼합된 파장을 갖는 광원으로부터 발광된 빛의 일부분을 흡수하여 상기 발광된 빛의 파장과는 다른 파장의 빛을 발광하고, 상기 광원에서 발광된 빛의 나머지 부분을 투과하도록 하는 확산 시트의 제조방법에 있어서,투명한 베이스 필름을 준비하는 단계;광여기 물질과 광확산 물질을 액상의 실리콘 수지에 혼합하여 실리콘액제를 제조하는 단계;상기 제조된 실리콘 액제를 상기 베이스 필름상에 도포하는 단계; 및도포된 실리콘 액제를 경화시키는 단계를 포함해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 수지를 이용한 확산시트의 제조방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서 상기 제조된 실리콘 액제를 상기 베이스 필름상에 스크린프린팅법에 의해 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 수지를 이용한 확산시트의 제조방법.
