Claims (8)
- 대향하는 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판과,상기 제 1 기판상에 개구부를 갖고 형성되는 칼라 필터층과,상기 칼라 필터층을 포함한 제 1 기판의 전면에 형성되는 절연막과,상기 절연막상에 형성되는 제 1 배향막과,상기 절연막과 제 1 배향막 사이에 형성되는 박막트랜지스터, 보호막, 화소전극;상기 제 1 기판에 형성된 개구부와 대응되어 제 2 기판상의 일정영역에 형성되는 돌기부와,상기 돌기부를 포함한 제 2 기판의 전면에 형성되는 제 2 배향막과,상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 형성되는 액정층을 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부는 절연체로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 기판상에 형성되는 공통전극을 더 포함하여 구 성됨을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시장치.
- 대향하는 제 1 기판 및 제 2 기판을 준비하는 단계;상기 제 1 기판상에 개구부를 갖는 칼라 필터층을 형성하는 단계;상기 칼라 필터층을 포함한 제 1 기판의 전면에 절연막을 형성하는 단계;상기 절연막상에 박막트랜지스터 어레이를 형성하는 단계;상기 절연막상에 제 1 배향막을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 2 기판상의 일정영역에 상기 제 1 기판상에 형성된 개구부와 대응되는 돌기부를 형성하는 단계;상기 돌기부를 포함한 제 2 기판의 전면에 제 2 배향막을 형성하는 단계;상기 제 1 기판과 제 2 기판 사이에 액정층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부는 아크릴계 수지(acrylic resin), BCB(Benzocyclobutene) 및 블랙 수지(black resin) 중에서 어느 하나를 사용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 돌기부를 형성하기 전에 상기 제 2 기판상의 전면에 공통전극을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하여 형성함을 특징으로 하는 멀티도메인 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
