Claims (11)
- 직선영역 및 소정의 곡율반경이며 원호형상으로 형성된 곡선영역을 포함함과 동시에 양측면의 길이방향을 따라 볼의 전주면(轉走面)이 각각 형성된 궤도레일과,단면이 새들형상으로 형성되어 상기 궤도레일을 걸터 앉도록 설치됨과 동시에 상기 궤도레일의 각 전주면에 대향하는 부하전주면 및 이 부하전주면을 포함하는 볼의 무한순환로가 형성된 슬라이더와,이 슬라이더의 무한순환로내를 전동함과 동시에 상기 궤도레일의 전주면과 슬라이더의 부하전주면 사이에서 하중을 부하하는 다수의 볼을 구비한 자재안내장치에 있어서,상기 슬라이더에 구비된 각 부하전주면은 직선형상으로 형성되는 한편,상기 곡선영역의 궤도레일의 폭치수가 직선영역의 궤도레일의 폭치수 보다 작게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자재안내장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더가 궤도레일의 곡선영역을 이동할 때, 볼은 궤도레일의 길이방향을 따라 형성된 원호형상의 전주면과 슬라이더에 구비된 직선형상의 부하전주면 사이에서 하중을 부하하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자재안내장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬라이더가 궤도레일의 곡선영역을 이동할 때, 이러한 슬라이더의 각 부하전주면을 전주하는 다수의 볼은 그 일부의 볼만이 궤도레일 의 전주면과 슬라이더의 부하전주면 사이에서 하중을 부하하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자재안내장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 궤도레일의 상면에는 길이방향을 따라 볼의 상향전주면이 형성되는 한편, 상기 슬라이더에는 궤도레일의 상면과 대향하는 볼의 하향부하전주면이 직선형상으로 형성되고, 상기 궤도레일의 곡선영역에 있어서의 상향전주면은 슬라이더의 하향부하전주면을 전주하는 모든 볼이 동시에 접촉할 수 있는 폭으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자재안내장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 궤도레일은 휨방향이 서로 다른 2 개의 곡선영역을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자재안내장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 궤도레일은 직선영역을 구성하는 직선안내레일과, 곡선영역을 구성하는 곡선안내레일을 조합하여 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자재안내장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 궤도레일은 상기 직선안내레일과 곡선안내레일을 연결하는 중간레일을 포함하며, 이 중간레일은 직선안내레일측의 단부로부터 곡선안내레일측의 단부에 결쳐 폭치수가 연속적으로 변화하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 자재안내장치.
- 서로 평행하게 설치된 복수의 자재안내장치와, 각 자재안내장치의 슬라이더 사이에 가설된 테이블로 구성된 테이블 이송장치에 있어서,각 자재안내장치가,직선영역 및 소정의 곡율반경으로 원호형상으로 형성된 곡선영역을 포함함과 동시에 양측면의 길이방향을 따라 볼의 전주면이 각각 형성된 궤도레일과,단면이 새들형상으로 형성되어 상기 궤도레일에 걸쳐지게 설치됨과 동시에 상기 궤도레일의 각 전주면에 대향하는 부하전주면 및 이 부하전주면을 포함하는 볼의 무한순환로가 형성된 슬라이더와,이 슬라이더의 무한순환로내를 전동함과 동시에 상기 궤도레일의 전주면과 슬라이더의 부하전주면 사이에서 하중을 부하하는 다수의 볼을 구비하고,상기 슬라이더에 구비된 각 부하전주면이 직선형상으로 형성되는 한편,상기 곡선영역의 궤도레일의 폭치수가 직선영역의 궤도레일의 폭치수 보다 작게 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블 이송장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 복수의 궤도레일을 서로 평행하게 배열함과 동시에 이들 궤도레일의 각각에는 복수의 슬라이더를 각각 장착하고, 각 궤도레일의 배열방향을 따라 서로 인접하는 슬라이더가 1 세트가 되도록 이들 슬라이더 사이에 고정플레이트를 건너 걸치고, 이 고정플레이트에 대하여 상대적으로 회전가능하게 상기 테이블을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블 이송장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 복수의 궤도레일을 서로 평행하게 배열함과 동시에 이들 궤도레일의 각각에는 복수의 슬라이더를 각각 장착하고, 이들 복수의 슬라이더에 대하여 상대적으로 회전가능하게 상기 테이블을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블 이송장치.
- 서로 평행하게 설치된 복수의 자재안내장치와, 각 자재안내장치의 슬라이더 사이에 가설된 테이블로 구성되고,각 자재안내장치가,직선영역 및 소정의 곡율반경으로 원호형상으로 형성된 곡선영역을 포함함과 동시에 양측면의 길이방향을 따라 볼의 전주면이 각각 형성된 궤도레일과,단면이 새들형상으로 형성되어 상기 궤도레일에 걸쳐지게 설치됨과 동시에 상기 궤도레일의 각 전주면에 대향하는 부하전주면 및 이 부하전주면을 포함하는 볼의 무한순환로가 형성된 슬라이더와,이 슬라이더의 무한순환로내를 전동함과 동시에 상기 궤도레일의 전주면과 슬라이더의 부하전주면 사이에서 하중을 부하하는 다수의 볼을 구비한 테이블 이송장치에 있어서,서로 평행하게 배열된 복수의 궤도레일에는 복수의 슬라이더를 각각 장착하고, 각 궤도레일의 배열방향을 따라 서로 인접하는 슬라이더가 1 세트가 되도록 이들 슬라이더 사이에 고정플레이트를 건너 걸치고, 이 고정플레이트에 대하여 상대적으로 회전가능하게 상기 테이블을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테이블 이송장치.
