Claims (10)
- 아크릴로니트릴 결합량이 30% 이상, 무니 점도 ML1+4(100℃) 80 이하(중심값), 요오드값이 28 이하(중심값)인 수소화 니트릴 고무 100 중량부 당 65∼200 중량부의 카본파이버를 배합하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 100 중량부 이하의 카본블랙이 더 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 30∼100 중량부의 카본블랙이 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 60 중량부 이하의 그래파이트가 더 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 5∼60 중량부의 그래파이트가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
- 제2항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 카본파이버를 포함한 충전재의 배합량이 90∼250 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 카본블랙 30∼100 중량부 및 그래파이트 5∼60 중량부가 더 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
- 제3항, 제5항 및 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 카본파이버를 포함한 충전재의 배합량이 120∼220 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실링재의 성형 재료로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 실링재의 성형 재료로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 니트릴 고무 조성물.
