Claims (5)
- 케이싱의 내부공간에 연통하도록 그 케이싱에 고정 설치하는 가스흡입관;상기 케이싱의 내부공간에 설치되는 압축기구부의 흡입측에 연통되도록 설치하여 그 압축기구부로 냉매를 안내하는 흡입머플러;상기 가스흡입관과 흡입머플러에 양단이 결합되고 그 일측 끝단에 고정돌부가 형성되는 연성재질으로 된 연결튜브; 및상기 연결튜브가 삽입되어 반경방향으로 지지되는 동시에 상기 고정돌부가 걸려 관로방향으로 지지될 수 있도록 튜브삽입홈이 형성되어 상기 케이싱의 내주면에 고정 설치되는 튜브고정편;을 포함한 왕복동식 압축기의 직접 흡입 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 튜브고정편은 케이싱과의 사이에 상기 연결튜브의 고정돌부가 수용되는 공간이 구비되도록 절곡되어 돌부수용홈이 형성되는 왕복동식 압축기의 직접 흡입 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 돌부수용홈은 그 절곡깊이가 상기 연결튜브의 고정돌부 폭 보다 작게 형성되어 상기 연결튜브가 케이싱과 튜브고정편 사이에서 압착되도록 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 직접 흡입 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 흡입머플러의 흡입측에는 도입관이 돌출 형성되고, 상기 흡입머플러의 도입관에 연결튜브가 삽입되어 결합되는 왕복동식 압축기의 직접 흡입 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 연결튜브는 흡입머플러의 도입관에 삽입되어 클램프로 조여져 결합되는 왕복동식 압축기의 직접 흡입 장치.
