Claims (15)
- 중합성 콜레스테릭 액정(cholesteric liquid crystal: CLC) 물질 층을 기재 위에 도포하고, 선택적으로 CLC 물질을 평면 배향으로 정렬시키고, 정렬된 CLC 물질을 중합시켜 제1층을 제조하고;미리 중합된 층중 하나 위에 제2층 및 그 이후의 층을 상기 기재된 바와 같이 제조하고;비중합 물질의 이동에 의해 생긴, 상기 제2층 및 그 이후의 층에서의 반사 파장의 변화, |λ-λ0|/λ0가 0.2 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는(여기서, λ0는 상기 제2층이 기재 위에 단일층으로서 중합되는 경우 상기 제2층의 CLC 물질의 반사 피크의 중심 파장이고, λ는 상기 제2층이 상기 제1층 위에 중합되는 경우 상기 제2층의 CLC 물질의 반사 피크의 중심 파장임),평면 배향으로 중합된 CLC 물질의 층을 2개 이상 포함하는, 다층 콜레스테릭 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,반사 파장의 변화, |λ-λ0|/λ0가 0.1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,다층 콜레스테릭 필름에서 인접층들이 상이한 나선상 피치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제1층, 제2층 및 그 이후의 층 각각에서 중합된 물질이 3차원 망상 구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제1층의 중합성 CLC 물질의 혼합물에서, 중합성 기를 갖지 않는 성분의 총량이 전체 혼합물의 5 중량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,제1층 및 그 이후의 층의 CLC 물질이 1개 이상의 비중합성 키랄성 도판트를 15 중량% 미만으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제2층 및 그 이후의 층의 CLC 물질이 20㎛-1 초과의 나선상 가연력(helical twisting power: HTP)을 갖는 키랄성 도판트를 1개 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제1층의 중합도가 60% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제2층 및 그 이후의 층중 하나 이상의 중합성 CLC 물질을 미리 중합된 층 위에 적은 투과 효과를 갖도록 선택된 용매와 병용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,제2층 및 그 이후의 층중 하나 이상의 중합성 CLC 물질을 중합 전에 CLC 물질의 콜레스테릭-등방성 상 전이 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 어닐링(annealing)하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,어닐링 온도가 중합성 CLC 물질의 콜레스테릭-등방성 상 전이 온도보다 1 내지 40℃ 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,어닐링 시간이 1분 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,먼저 제조된 층의 CLC 물질의 피치가 다음에 제조된 층의 CLC 물질의 피치보다 더 길도록 인접층을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조할 수 있는 다층 콜레스테릭 필름.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조할 수 있는 다층 콜레스테릭 필름을 포함하는, 편광기, 보상기, 정렬층, 컬러 필터 또는 홀로그래픽 부재와 같은 광학 부재용, 화장품 및 액정 색소용, 또는 장식 및 보안용 제품.
