Claims (29)
- 외부 밴드(14)와 내부 밴드(16) 사이에 배치된 적어도 하나의 베인(12)을 구비하는 터빈 노즐 세그먼트(10)를 수리하는 방법으로서,상기 내부 밴드(16)를 상기 노즐 세그먼트(10)로부터 분리하는 단계와,외부 밴드(32) 및 적어도 하나의 베인(34)을 구비한 새롭게 제조된 교체용 주조물(30)에 상기 내부 밴드(16)를 결합시키는 단계를 구비하는, 터빈 노즐 세그먼트 수리 방법에 있어서,상기 내부 밴드(16)에 칼라(38)를 결합시키는 단계와,상기 칼라(38)에 슬롯(42)을 형성하는 단계와,상기 교체용 주조물(30)의 상기 베인(34)의 일부분을 상기 슬롯(42)내로 삽입하는 단계와,상기 교체용 주조물(30)의 상기 베인(34)을, 상기 칼라(38) 및 상기 내부 밴드(16)에 결합시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는터빈 노즐 세그먼트 수리 방법.

- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 내부 밴드(16)내에 각 칼라(38)를 위한 하나의 포켓(36)을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하며, 상기 각 칼라(38)는 상기 대응하는 포켓(36)에서 상기 내부 밴드(16)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는터빈 노즐 세그먼트 수리 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,납땜에 의해, 상기 각 칼라(38)는 상기 내부 밴드(16)에 결합되고, 상기 각 보스(46)는 상기 대응하는 칼라(38)에 결합되며, 상기 각 장착 플랫폼(44)은 상기 내부 밴드(16)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는터빈 노즐 세그먼트 수리 방법.
