Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "SEGMENTO DE BOCAL DE TURBINA E MéTODO DE CONSERTO DO MESMO". Um método para o conserto de um segmento de bocal de turbina tendo pelo menos uma palheta disposta entre uma banda externa e uma banda interna inclui a separação da banda interna do segmento de bocal, e a junção da banda interna em uma fundição de substituição recém-fabricada tendo uma banda externa e pelo menos uma palheta. A fundição de substituição inclui uma plataforma de montagem formada em uma extremidade da palheta e uma saliência formada na plataforma de montagem. Um colar é juntado à banda interna e tem uma fenda formada no mesmo. A saliência é em seguida inserida na fenda, e a plataforma de montagem é recebida em um recesso formado na banda interna. A junção é completada por meio da junção da saliência ao colar e a plataforma de montagem à banda interna.
