Claims (11)
- 도기 소지(素地) 표면에 착색성의 제 1 유약층이 형성되고, 그 위에 투명성의 제 2 유약층이 형성되어 있는 위생도기로서, 상기 소지 표면과 상기 제 1 유약층 사이에는 엔고베(engobe)층이 형성되어 있고, 상기 제 2 유약층 표면의 표면 조도는 촉침식 표면 조도 측정장치(JIS-B0651)로 측정한 때 Ra가 0.07 ㎛ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 착색성의 제 1 유약층에는 유탁제 입자 또는 안료 입자로 이루어진 입자 모양의 물질이 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 엔고베층이 상기 소지보다 기공률이 작은 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 위생도기에는 상기 엔고베층이 형성되어 있지 않은 부분이 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엔고베층이 형성되어 있는 부분은 주로 상기 소지 표면의 안팎 양면에 제 1 유약층이 형성되어 있는 부분이며, 그의 한쪽 면에만 엔고베층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 기재된 위생도기를 제조하는 방법으로서, 엔고베층을 형성하기 위한 원료를 위생도기 기재(基材)의 성형 소지(素地)에 적용하는 공정, 제 1 유약층을 형성하기 위한 착색성 유약 원료를 상기 엔고베층 상에 적용하는 공정, 제 2 유약층을 형성하기 위한 투명성 유약 원료를 상기 제 1 유약층상에 적용하는 공정, 소성하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 엔고베층을 형성하기 위한 원료는 50%입경(粒徑)(D50)이 6 ㎛ 이하의 분체 원료인 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 엔고베층을 형성하기 위한 원료는 도석 30∼50%, 점토 30∼50%, 용제 10∼30%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 위생도기에 상기 엔고베층이 형성되어 있지 않은 부분을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기의 제조방법.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 엔고베층을 형성하는 부분은 주로 상기 소지 표면의 안팎 양면에 제 1 유약층이 형성되어 있는 부분이며, 그의 한쪽 면에만 엔고베층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 위생도기의 제조방법.
