The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a kitchen container for an induction stove, and more particularly, an induction stove that allows a combination of a magnetic steel plate to a non-magnetic kitchen container body through a die casting method to enable cheaper and mass production. It relates to a method of manufacturing a kitchen vessel.

In general, cooking vessels such as pots, pans, and pots, which are widely used in homes and restaurants, are formed of non-ferrous metals or ceramics such as stainless steel or aluminum, which require heat resistance and durability in their functions. The surface coating is used to prevent this from sticking and to clean it.

On the other hand, in recent years, the use of induction stoves instead of gas ranges are rapidly increasing, and these induction stoves are supplied with a high voltage and are supplied with a coil for generating a magnetic field. As it is induced, it uses the principle that the magnetic material in the region of the magnetic field is heated.

Therefore, while a gas range kitchen container uses aluminum or stainless steel, which is non-magnetic, in order to prevent corrosion, an induction stove kitchen container has at least a portion of the induction stove that touches the grill, that is, magnetic iron (Fe) at the bottom. Contains ingredients

In the Republic of Korea Patent Application No. 2002-52401 has introduced a frying pan for induction stove, the conventional induction stove kitchen container with reference to this as follows.

1 is a perspective view showing a conventional induction stove fry pan, a cross-sectional view showing the bottom surface of FIG.

As shown in the drawing, a conventional induction stove fry pan is composed of a food insert 100 prepared by press molding an aluminum plated steel plate, and a handle part 200 provided on one side of the food insert 100. The aluminum reinforcing plate 300 is attached to the bottom surface of the food inserting part 100, and the bottom heating part 400 made of aluminum plated steel is stacked below the reinforcing plate 300. In addition, between the food insert 200 and the reinforcing plate 300, and between the reinforcing plate 300 and the bottom heating unit 400 is applied an adhesive 500 to which the powder of the magnetic component is added and by high frequency heat fusion The coupling between layers is made.

As such, most of the conventional induction stove kitchen containers are manufactured by the welding method in which the floors are bonded to each floor. This welding method is difficult to automate a large amount of production process due to the difficulty of automating the work process, and the weakening of the inter-layer bonding force during aging. There was a problem affecting durability.

In order to solve such a problem, the manufacturing of the induction kitchen container using the die casting method that can be easily mass-produced and coupled to the bottom part is made partially, but the development results are still inadequate.

Therefore, the present invention is to solve the above problems, a method of manufacturing a kitchen container for induction stove to enable a more inexpensive and mass production by combining the magnetic steel plate with the non-magnetic kitchen container body through the die casting method. The purpose is to provide.

The present invention to achieve the above object,

The bottom surface is provided with an insertion portion bent inward, and at the same time the container portion is manufactured to form a protrusion having a predetermined shape in the center of the insertion portion, and the coating or spraying the adhesive containing silver and tin powder in the insertion portion of the container portion, Induction induction, characterized in that the magnetic plate is formed in the shape corresponding to the insertion portion and the through-hole in which the projection is inserted into the insertion portion, the upper surface is pressurized at high temperature to melt the powder component to combine the container and the magnetic steel sheet It is achieved by providing a method of manufacturing a kitchen utensil for a stove.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the drawings.

3 is an exploded perspective view showing the bottom of the cooking vessel of the present invention, Figures 4a and 4b is a partial cross-sectional view for explaining the manufacturing process to the cooking vessel of FIG.

As shown in the manufacturing process of the cooking vessel of the present invention, first, in the process of manufacturing the container portion 1 by pressing molding aluminum or stainless, the bottom portion of the container portion (1) inserted into the bent portion ( 10) is provided, and is formed so that the projection portion 11 of a predetermined shape is formed in the center of the insertion portion (10). At this time, the protrusion 11 is preferably to be the same height as the side surface forming the insertion portion (10).

Applying or spraying the adhesive 20 containing silver and tin powder in the insert portion 10 of the container portion 1 manufactured as described above, and has a shape corresponding to the insert portion 10, the projection 11 in the center ) Is inserted into the inserting portion 10, the magnetic steel plate 30 having a through hole 31 is inserted into the gap. The magnetic steel sheet 30 is manufactured separately from the container portion 1, and may be additionally used aluminum or stainless plated steel sheet.

As described above, the magnetic steel plate 30 is mounted in the insertion part 10 of the container part 1, and the upper surface of the container part 1 is pressed by a press machine at a temperature such that the powder component can be melted. By integrating the 30, the induction stove kitchen vessel of the present invention is completed.

In addition, the magnetic steel plate 30 has a more desirable effect to have a thickness smaller than the height of the inserting portion 10, which is different from the magnetic steel sheet 30 in the high temperature pressurization process (10) ) And the clearance height h of the protrusion 11 are forcibly pressed by the press to form the locking jaw 12 at the upper end of the magnetic steel plate 30, and the magnetic steel plate ( 30) can be prevented from being detached and the fixing can be maintained more firmly.

The kitchen container manufactured by the manufacturing method as described above is more inexpensive and mass-produced by allowing the coupling of the magnetic steel plate to the non-magnetic container part through a die casting method rather than the conventional welding method.

In the above-described manufacturing process, various methods may be applied as a method for further solidifying the coupling of the container part 1 and the magnetic steel plate 30, which will be described below with reference to the drawings.

5 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a coupling relationship between a container part and a magnetic steel plate according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a top front view of the combined container of FIG. 5, and FIG. 7 is A-A of FIG. 6. Is a partial cross-sectional view cut away.

As shown in this, the kitchen vessel is manufactured according to the above-described manufacturing method, at least one fixing protrusion 32 is formed at the lower end of the central through hole 31 of the magnetic steel sheet 30, the container portion (1) The protrusion 11 of) shows that the fixing groove 13 of the size corresponding to the fixing protrusion 32 is provided in the form of a bent bottom.

The cooking vessel having such a configuration fixes the fixing protrusion 32 of the magnetic steel plate 30 to the fixing groove of the protrusion 11 in the process of seating the magnetic steel plate 30 on the insertion portion 10 of the container portion 1. The fitting is made by inserting the tube in the (13) and rotating it in the bent direction, and through such a combination, the container part 1 and the magnetic steel plate 30 have a more firm coupling.

8 is an exploded perspective view illustrating a coupling relationship between a container part and a magnetic steel plate according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a top front view of the combined container of FIG. 8, and FIG. 10 is A-A '. It is a partial sectional drawing shown.

As shown therein, the kitchen vessel is manufactured according to the above-described manufacturing method, but the protrusion 11 of the container portion 1 has a dual structure having an elliptical protrusion 14 having an elliptical protrusion while the upper end has a circular shape. In the central through hole 31 of the magnetic steel plate 30, the elliptic protrusion 14 is shown to have a rotating groove 33 formed therein so as to be rotatable through the through hole 31. In this case, the magnetic steel plate 30 is preferably such that the upper end of the through hole 31 is closed.

The cooking vessel having such a configuration passes through the protrusions 11 of the insertion portion 10 through the magnetic steel plate 30 in the process of seating the magnetic steel plate 30 on the insertion portion 10 of the container portion 1. After the insertion into the (31) and the elliptical projection 14 of the projection 11 is rotated to the left or right along the rotary groove 33 of the through hole 31, the coupling is made, through this coupling (1) and the magnetic steel sheet 30 has a more firm coupling.

The cooking container manufactured by the above-described manufacturing method is manufactured by separately manufacturing the non-magnetic container portion and the magnetic steel sheet through a mold, and then easily combined by a die casting method, thereby enabling a cheaper and mass production as well as the container portion. Durability is improved by adding an additional configuration for further strengthening the bonding strength of the magnetic steel sheets with each other.

As described above, the manufacturing method of the kitchen container for induction stove of the present invention by separately manufacturing a non-magnetic container portion and a magnetic steel sheet through a die, and then easily combined through a die casting method, so that a cheaper and mass production is possible.
