Claims (5)
- 표면에 피막을 갖고,상기 피막은, 전이금속 또는 전이금속을 주로 하는 합금인 매트릭스금속과,상기 피막 중의 체적율이 25%∼70%인 경질(硬質)입자를 함유하고,상기 경질입자는,상기 피막 중의 체적율이 5%∼30%이고, 입경이 0μm 내지 20μm 이하인 미세경질입자와,상기 피막 중의 체적율이 20%∼60%이고, 입경이 50μm 이상 100 μm 이하인 조대(粗大)경질입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간가공용 공구.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조대경질입자는, 탄화물, 산화물, 질화물, 붕화물, 이들의 혼합물, 및 이들의 복합화합물로 이루어지는 군에 의해 선택된 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 열간가공용 공구.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 매트릭스금속은, Co기합금, Ni기합금, 및 Fe기합금으로 이루어지는 군에 의해 선택된 적어도 1개인 것을 특징으로 하는 열간가공용 공구.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피막은 PTA법, MIG용접법, TIG용접법 중의 어느 하나의 용접법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열간가공용 공구.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미세경질입자는 상기 용접법에 의해 석출되는 석출물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열간가공용 공구.
