Claims (7)
- 염화비닐 수지용 가공조제의 제조방법에 있어서,a) 스티렌 시드 중합체를 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 a)단계의 스티렌 시드 중합체에ⅰ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 단량체 84 내지 100 중량%; 및ⅱ) 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 단량체 최대 16 중량%를 중합하여 공중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및c) 상기 b)단계의 공중합체에ⅰ) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 단량체 60 내지 80 중량%; 및ⅱ) 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 단량체 20 내지 40 중량%를 중합하여 공중합체를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐 수지용 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 스티렌 시드 중합체는 평균입경이 0.05 내지 0.2 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐 수지용 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b)ⅱ)의 알킬 아크릴레이트가 메틸 아크릴레이트, 에틸 아크릴레이트, n-부틸 아크릴레이트, 라우릴 아크릴레이트, 스테아릴 아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 아크릴레이트, 및 시클로헥실 아크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 알킬기의 탄소수가 1∼18인 선형, 곁가지형, 또는 시클릭형 알킬 아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐 수지용 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b)ⅱ)의 알킬 메타크릴레이트가 n-부틸 메타크릴레이트, 라우릴 메타크릴레이트, 스테아릴 메타크릴레이트, 트리데실 메타크릴레이트, i-부틸 메타크릴레이트, t-부틸 메타크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실 메타크릴레이트, 및 시클로헥실 메타크릴레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 알킬기의 탄소수가 2∼18인 선형 또는 시클릭형 알킬 메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐 수지용 가공조제의 제조방법.
- 제1항 기재의 방법으로 제조되어a) 스티렌 시드 중합체 5 내지 20 중량부;b) 메틸 메타크릴레이트 단량체 50 내지 90 중량부; 및c) 알킬 아크릴레이트, 알킬 메타크릴레이트, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 단량체 5 내지 30 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐 수지용 가공조제.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 염화비닐 수지용 가공조제의 상대점도가 ηrel 1.5 내지 3.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐 수지용 가공조제.
- 염화비닐계 수지 조성물에 있어서,a) 폴리염화비닐 수지 100 중량부; 및b) 제5항 기재의 염화비닐 수지용 가공조제 0.1 내지 20 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화비닐계 수지 조성물.
