Claims (16)
- 질량퍼센트로서,0.005 ~ 0.04%의 C;0.05 ~ 0.3%의 Si;0.5 ~ 2.0%의 Mn;0.001 ~ 0.1%의 Al;0.001 ~ 0.1%의 Nb;0.001 ~ 0.1%의 V;0.001 ~ 0.1%의 Ti;0.03% 이하의 P;0.005% 이하의 S;0.006% 이하의 N;0.5% 이하의 Cu, 0.5% 이하의 Ni 및 0.5% 이하의 Mo으로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 성분; 및Fe 및 부수적인 불순물로 이루어진 잔부(殘部)를 포함하고,다음의 등식(1)에 의해 표현되는 Pcm은 0.17 이하이며:등식(1);Pcm = (%C)+(%Si)/30+((%Mn)+(%Cu))/20+(%Ni)/60+(%Mo)/7+(%V)/10(다만, (%M)은, 질량 퍼센트로서 원소 M의 함유량)주상(primary phase)인 베이니틱 페라이트(bainitic ferrite)의 함유량이 95 체적퍼센트 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 우수한 고온인성(low temperature toughness) 및 용접성(weldability)을 갖는 고강도 전기저항용접 파이프(high strength electric resistance welding pipe)용 열연강대(hot-rolled steel strip).
- 제1항에 있어서,총 Nb량에 대한 석출된 Nb량의 퍼센트 비율이 5 ~ 80%인 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강대.
- 제1항에 있어서,질량퍼센트로서 0.005% 이하의 Ca 또는 희토류 금속(REM: rare earth metal)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강대.
- 제2항에 있어서,질량퍼센트로서 0.005% 이하의 Ca 또는 희토류 금속(REM)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강대.
- 제1항에 있어서,0.1% 이하의 Cr 및 0.003% 이하의 B로 구성된 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분을 더 포함하고,다음의 등식(2)에 의해 표현되는 Pcm'은 0.17 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열연강대.등식(2);Pcm' = (%C)+(%Si)/30+((%Mn)+(%Cu)+(%Cr))/20+(%Ni)/60+(%Mo)/7+(%V)/10(다만, (%M)은, 질량 퍼센트로서 원소 M의 함유량)
