Claims (6)
- 홀 수송성 단량체 및 전자 수송성 단량체가 교호 공중합되어 이루어지는 단위 (AB)와,홀 수송성 단량체가 중합되어 이루어지는 단위 (A)를 포함하고,상기 단위 (AB)에서의 홀 수송성 단량체에서 유래하는 구조 단위 및 전자 수송성 단량체에서 유래하는 구조 단위의 합계와 상기 단위 (A)에서의 홀 수송성 단량체에서 유래하는 구조 단위의 비율이 몰 비로 50:50 내지 5:95인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 발광용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단위 (AB)로 이루어지는 블록 성분과 단위 (A)로 이루어지는 블록 성분으로 구성된 블록 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 발광용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단위 (AB)로 이루어지는 공중합체와 단위 (A)로 이루어지는 중합체를 포함하는 수지 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 발광용 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단위 (AB)로 이루어지는 블록 성분 및 단위 (A)로 이루어지는 블록 성분으로 구성된 블록 공중합체와, 단위 (AB)로 이루어지는 공중합체와, 단위 (A)로 이루어지는 중합체를 포함하는 수지 조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 발광용 재료.
- 제1항 기재의 재료를 포함하는 홀 수송층.
- 양극층과, 제1 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항 기재의 전자 발광용 재료를 포함하는 전자 발광용 재료층과, 전자 수송 발광층과, 음극층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 발광 소자.
