Claims (3)
- 피가열체 유입구와, 연료 유입구와, 산화제 유입구를 포함하는 상부플레이트; 피가열체 배출구와, 배가스 배출구를 포함하는 하부플레이트; 및 상기 상부플레이트와 상기 하부플레이트 사이에 교대로 적층된 다수의 연소용 박판과 열전달용 박판을 포함하고;상기의 연소용 박판과 열전달용 박판은 피가열체 유입홀과 피가열체 배출홀과 산화제홀과 배가스홀과 연료홀과 미세유로홈이 각각 동일한 위치에 형성되며;상기 연소용 박판은 배가스홀과 연료홀이 미세유로홈에 의해 연결되고;상기 열전달용 박판은 상기 피가열체 유입홀과 피가열체 배출홀이 미세유로홈에 의해 연결되고;상기 연소용 박판에는 연료공급구가 형성되어 상기 열전달용 박판의 연료홀에 연결되어 형성된 연료공급홀과 연접하여 연료를 공급받으며;상기 상부플레이트의 하부에는 연소용 박판이 피가열체 유입구와 피가열체 유입홀, 연료유입구와 연료홀, 산화제 유입구와 산화제홀이 각각 일치하게 위치하도록 설치되고,상기 하부플레이트의 하부에는 열전달용 박판이 피가열체 배출홀과 피가열체 배출구, 배가스홀과 배가스 배추구가 각각 일치하게 위치하도록 설치되는 균일가열을 위한 미세유로 가열기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소용 박판의 미세유로에는 산화촉매가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일가열을 위한 미세유로 가열기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열용 박판의 미세유로에는 탄화수소 개질촉매가 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일가열을 위한 미세유로 가열기.
