Abstract
Description
Claims (19)
- 구동원과, 상기 구동원에 의해 회전축심주변으로 회전되는 회전자와, 상기 회전자에 대하여 피벗운동이 가능하게 매달려 지지되고, 또한 분리대상액을 유지하는 수용공간이 설치된 스윙체와, 상기 회전자의 회전수를 검지하는 검지수단과, 이 검지수단에 의해 얻어진 데이터에 의거하여, 상기 회전자의 회전시에 있어서의 중심이 상기 회전 축심으로부터 편심되어 있는지 어떤지를 판별하는 판별수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은, 상기 회전자의 회전 개시로부터 소정시간경과후에 있어서의 상기 회전자의 회전수가 소정수에 도달하지 않는 경우에, 중심이 편심되어 있다고 판단하는 원심분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 판별수단에 의해 상기 회전자의 회전시에 있어서의 중심이 편심되어 있다고 판별된 경우에, 상기 회전자의 회전을 정지하는 정지수단을 또한 구비하고 있는 원심분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스윙체는, 상기 회전자에 대하여 탈착이 자유로운 원심분리장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 스윙체에는, 돌출하는 한 쌍의 축부가 설치되어 있고, 상기 회전자에는, 상기 축부와 걸어맞추는 거는부재가 설치되어 있는 원심분리장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 거는부재는, 서로 떨어진 한 쌍의 가이드부를 포함하고 있고, 각 가이드부는, 상기 축부를 수용하는 노치, 및, 이 노치에 연결되는 경사면을 포함하고 있는 원심분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스윙체는, 상부 개구와, 이 상부 개구를 향해서 테이퍼지는 우산모양부를 포함하고 있는 원심분리장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 스윙체는, 상기 수용공간을 규정하는 용기부와, 이 용기부에 장착되는 뚜껑체를 포함하고 있고, 상기 상부 개구는, 상기 뚜껑체에 형성되어 있고, 상기 뚜껑체는, 상기 상부 개구에 연속하는 정경의 림을 갖고 있는 원심분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전자에는, 상기 회전자에 대한 상기 스윙체의 요동 각도를 규제하는 스토퍼가 설치되어 있는 원심분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스윙체는, 상기 회전자의 비회전상태에 있어서, 상기 회전자의 회전축심과 일치하는 수직축심을 갖고 있는 원심분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스윙체는, 상기 회전자의 비회전상태에 있어서, 상기 회전자의 회전축심으로부터 편심된 수직축심을 갖고 있는 원심분리장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전자에는, 저면과, 노치가 설치된 측면을 포함하고 있는 원심분리장치.
- 회전축심주변으로 회전되는 회전자 및 이 회전자에 대하여 피벗운동이 가능하게 매달려 지지되는 분리용기를 포함하는 원심분리장치와,분리용기에 넣어진 액체시료를 흡인하고, 또한, 이 흡인된 시료를 시약 위에 공급하는 피펫장치와,상기 시약의 반응을 측정함으로서, 시료를 분석하는 측정장치와,원심분리가 종료한 후에 상기 회전자를 소정의 위치로 이동시키는 위치결정기구를 포함하는 분석 장치로서,상기 원심분리장치는, 상기 회전자의 회전수를 검지하는 검지수단과,이 검지수단에 의해 얻어진 데이터에 의거하여, 상기 회전자의 회전시에 있어서의 중심이 상기 회전 축심으로부터 편심되어 있는지 어떤지를 판별하는 판별수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 분석장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 판별수단은, 상기 회전자의 회전 개시로부터 소정시간경과후에 있어서의 상기 회전자의 회전수가 소정수에 도달하지 않는 경우에, 중심이 편심되어 있다고 판단하는 분석장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 판별수단에 의해 상기 회전자의 회전시에 있어서의 중심이 편심되어 있다고 판별된 경우에, 상기 회전자의 회전을 정지하는 정지수단을 또한 구비하고 있는 분석장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 위치결정기구는, 상기 회전자에 설정된 위치결정부위가 위치가 어긋나 있는지 어떤지를 검지하는 검지수단과, 상기 위치결정부위가 위치가 어긋나 있는 경우에, 상기 회전자를 회전시키는 회전자회전수단과, 상기 회전자를 이 회전자의 상기 회전축심과 교차하는 방향으로 이동시키는 구동기구와, 이 구동기구에 의한 상기 회전자이동으로 연동하여 상하운동하는 스토퍼부재를 포함하고 있는 분석장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,슬라이드테이블과, 상기 구동기구에 의해 이 슬라이드테이블 위를 이동하는 케이싱을 또한 구비하고 있고, 상기 회전자는 상기 케이싱에 유지되어 있고, 상기 슬라이드테이블은, 고위평탄면 및 저위평탄면을 포함하고 있고, 상기 스토퍼부재는, 상기 케이싱의 이동에 따라 상기 고위평탄면 또는 상기 저위평탄면에 맞닿음으로서, 상하운동을 행하도록 구성되어 있는 분석장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서,상기 회전자에는, 거는구멍이 설치되어 있고, 상기 스토퍼부재가 이 거는구멍에 삽입됨으로서, 상기 회전자의 위치가 고정되는 분석장치.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 거는구멍은, 상기 스토퍼부재의 침입을 용이하게 하기 위하여, 테이퍼모양으로 되어 있는 분석장치.
