Claims (10)
- 디엔을 기재로 하는 디엔 고무, 알킬 아크릴레이트를 기재로 하는 알킬 아크릴레이트 고무, 에틸렌, 프로필렌 및 디엔을 기재로 하는 EPDM 고무 및 이 고무들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 고무 단량체 ; 상기 고무 단량체에 그라프트되는 단량체 ; 및 고분자형 반응형 유화제를 포함하는 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 최종 그라프트 공중합체 100중량부를 기준으로 고분자형 반응형 유화제를 0.1~ 2중량부 사용하는 것이 특징인 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고분자형 반응형 유화제는 고분자 주쇄 또는 주쇄 말단에 단량체와 공중합 형성이 가능한 불포화 이중결합을 0.9~1개를 가지는 것이 특징인 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 고분자형 반응형 유화제는 고분자 주쇄가 아크릴레이트 단량체 또는 아크릴산형 단량체 단독 또는 이들의 블록 또는 교호 중합체인 것이 특징인 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 아크릴레이트 단량체는 메틸 메타아크릴레이트, 부틸 아크릴레이트 및 에틸 아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 것이고, 아크릴산형 단량체는 메타크릴에시드 또는 아크릴에시드 임을 특징으로 하는 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 고분자형 반응형 유화제의 중량 평균 분자량이 3000 내지 10000인 것이 특징인 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 고분자형 반응형 유화제는 그 작용기 부분이 에폭시기 내지 하이드록시기, 카르복실기로 치환된 것이 특징인 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 알킬 아릴 설포네이트, 알칼리 메틸 알킬 설페이트, 설포네이트화된 알킬 에스테르, 지방산 비누 및 로진산 알칼리염로 구성된 군에서 선택된 흡착형 유화제를 더 포함하고, 흡착형 유화제는 고분자형 유화제 사용량 대비 50중량부 이하로 사용하는 것이 특징인 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고무 단량체는 고무입자경은 2500~3500Å이고 겔함량이 다른 2종의 고무라텍스 40~80중량%이고, 상기 그라프트되는 단량체는 방향족 비닐단량체, 비닐 시안 단량체 및 무수말레인산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 2 종 이상의 단량체 20~60중량%이고, 고분자형 반응형 유화제는 최종 그라프트 공중합체 100중량부를 기준으로 0.1~2중량부를 포함하는 것이 특징인 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항 중 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물로부터 수득된 엘라스토머계 그라프트 중합체를 포함하는 열가소성 성형재.
