Claims (2)
- 하부 기판;하부 기판상에 제 1 방향으로 연장된 게이트 버스 라인;상기 게이트 버스 라인과 수직하는 제 2 방향으로 연장되어 상기 게이트 버스 라인과 함께 단위 화소를 한정하는 데이터 버스 라인;상기 게이트 버스 라인과 상기 데이터 버스 라인의 교차점 부근에 배치되도록 형성된 박막 트랜지스터;상기 박막 트랜지스터와 전기적으로 연결되면서 상기 단위 화소 공간에 배치되는 화소 전극;상기 하부 기판 결과물 상부에 배치되며 동일한 방향으로 러빙된 배향막을 포함하며,상기 박막 트랜지스터는 상기 게이트 버스 라인으로부터 상기 단위 화소쪽으로 상기 배향막이 러빙된 방향과 평행한 방향으로 연장되는 게이트 전극과, 상기 게이트 전극 상부에 오버랩되는 액티브층과, 상기 액티브층의 일측과 콘택되면서 상기 데이타 버스 라인으로부터 연장되고 상기 게이트 전극과 수직을 이루도록 형성되는 소오스 전극 및 상기 액티브층의 타측과 콘택되며 상기 게이트 전극과 수직을 이루도록 형성되고 상기 화소 전극과 콘택되어 전기적으로 연결되는 드레인 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 하부 기판 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배향막은 상기 게이트 버스 라인과 ±45°의 각도로 러빙된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 하부 기판 구조.
