Claims (22)
- 삭제
- 적어도, 가열에 의해 발포 온도에서 발포되는 미발포 상태의 제1 발포 가능 수지와, 가열에 의해 발포 온도에서 발포되는 미발포 상태의 제2 발포 가능 수지와, 경질판을 포함하는 적층판인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 발포 가능 수지의 발포 온도가 상기 제2 발포 가능 수지의 발포 온도와 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 발포 가능 수지의 융점이 상기 제2 발포 가능 수지의 융점과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 적어도, 가열에 의해 발포되지 않는 비발포 재료와, 가열에 의해 발포 온도에서 발포되는 미발포 상태의 발포 가능 수지와, 경질판을 이 순서대로 적층하여 형성되는 적층판인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비발포 재료가 가열에 의해 발포되지 않는 비발포 수 지인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 적어도, 가열에 의해 발포 온도에서 발포되는 미발포 상태의 발포 가능 수지와, 가열에 의해 발포되지 않는 비발포 수지와, 경질판을 이 순서대로 적층하여 형성되는 적층판인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발포 가능 수지는 상기 발포 온도보다도 낮은 온도로 가열되고 열융착되어 적층판을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비발포 수지는 상기 발포 온도보다도 낮은 온도로 가열되고 열융착되어 적층판을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비발포 수지의 융점이 상기 발포 가능 수지의 융점보다 고온인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 비발포 수지는 열경화성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발포 가능 수지가 열경화성 수지 또는 열가소성 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 융점이 100 ℃ 내지 260 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지의 융점이 100 ℃ 내지 260 ℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발포 가능 수지는 가열에 의해 분해하는 발포제를 수지에 혼련하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 발포 상기 발포 온도를 120 ℃ 내지 300 ℃로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제2항에 기재된 발포 수지 적층 방음판이 상기 발포 온도까지 가열되어 발포 가능 수지를 발포 수지로 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 발포 가능 수지는 상기 발포 수지 적층 방음판이 소 정 형상으로 가공된 후에, 가열에 의해 발포 수지로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판.
- 적어도, 가열에 의해 발포 온도에서 발포되는 미발포 상태의 발포 가능 수지와 경질판을 적층하는 적층 공정과,상기 발포 가능 수지의 발포 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 상기 발포가능 수지와 경질판의 적층체를 일체화하는 공정과,상기 적층체를 일체화된 상태에서 소정 형상으로 가공하는 성형 공정과,상기 발포 가능 수지를 발포수지로 형성하기 위해 상기 적층체를 상기 발포 가능 수지의 발포 온도로 가열하는 가열 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 수지 적층 방음판의 제조 방법.
