Claims (2)
- 암모니아 반응기내에서 고온고압하에 암모니아를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,암모니아 합성기체의 공정흐름(36)을 적어도 세 개의 촉매베드(24,26,28) 속을 연속적으로 통과시키고 베드들 내에서 합성기체를 반응시키며,각 촉매베드(24,26,28) 사이에 배치된 열교환기(30,32)에서 열교환에 의해 촉매베드에서 나오는 부분적으로 반응된 합성기체를 중간 냉각하고 암모니아가 풍부한 생성유출물(38)을 회수하는 것으로 이루어지며,여기서 공정흐름(36)은 첫 번째 촉매베드(24)에 도입되기 이전에 부분적으로 전환된 합성기체를 중간 냉각하는 동안 간접 열교환을 통하여 예열된 합성기체의 첫 번째 원료흐름(6), 생성유출물(38)로 간접 열교환하여 예열된 합성기체의 두 번째 원료흐름(8), 그리고 공정흐름(36)의 온도를 조절하기 위한 합성기체의 세 번째 원료흐름(10)을 결합하여 얻어지며, 여기서 첫 번째 원료흐름(6)은 부분적으로 전환된 합성기체를 냉각하기 위하여 베드사이에 위치한 열교환기(30,32)를 통하여 연속적으로 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 원통형 압력 쉘(12)내에서 최소한 공동축 주위에 수직으로 배치되고 순차적으로 연결된 첫 번째 촉매베드(24), 두 번째 촉매베드(26) 그리고 마지막 촉매베드(28)로 구성되며,신선한 암모니아 합성기체의 첫 번째 원료흐름(6)과의 간접 열교환에 의해 촉매베드(24,26)로부터 부분적으로 전환된 암모니아 합성기체를 중간냉각하기 위하여 각 촉매베드 사이에 배치된 중간 열교환기(30,32);암모니아 합성기체의 두 번째 원료흐름(8)과의 간접 열교환에 의해 암모니아 생성유출물(38) 흐름을 냉각하기 위하여 마지막 촉매베드(28)의 유출구에 배치된 원료-유출물 열교환기(34);첫 번째 원료흐름(6)을 도입하기 위한 유입구(16) 장치와, 반응기(4) 내로 두 번째 원료흐름(8)을 도입하기 위한 유입구(18) 장치;신선한 암모니아 합성기체의 세번째 원료흐름(10)을 반응기(4) 내로 도입하기 위한 유입구(20) 장치;첫 번째 촉매베드(24)로 첫 번째 원료흐름(6), 두 번째 원료흐름(8) 그리고 세 번째 원료흐름(10)을 통과시키기 위한 장치; 그리고공정흐름(36)을 첫 번째 촉매베드(24) 내로 도입하기 전에 공정흐름에 원료흐름(6,8,10)을 결합시키기 위한 장치를 포함하며,여기서, 첫 번째 원료흐름(6)을 통과시키기 위한 장치는 중간 열교환기(30,32)를 순차적으로 연결하기 위한, 그리고 유입구(16) 장치로부터의 첫 번째 원료흐름(6)을 중간 열교환기(30,32)를 통해 연속적으로 원료흐름(6,8,10)을 결합하기 위한 장치로 통과시키기 위한 통로로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 암모니아 반응기(4).
