Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 액정이 충진되고 상부에 가스가 공급되어 상기 액정에 압력을 가하는 액정충진수단;상기 액정용기의 하부에 장착되며 액정용기의 액정이 배출되는 배출공이 형성된 니들시트;상기 액정용기에 상하운동 가능하도록 삽입되어 일측이 상기 니들시트의 배출공과 접촉하여 상하 운동함에 따라 니들시트의 배출공을 열고 닫는 니들;상기 니들표면에 형성된 불소수지막;상기 니들의 일단부에 설치되어 니들에 장력을 제공하여 상기 니들을 하부로 하강시키는 스프링;상기 니들의 상부에 장착되어 전원이 인가됨에 따라 자기력을 발생하여 상기 니들을 상부로 이동시키는 솔레노이드코일 및 자성막대; 및상기 액정용기 하부에 장착되어 액정용기의 액정을 적어도 하나의 패널을 포함하는 기판상에 적하하는 노즐로 구성된 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정충진수단은,폴리에틸렌으로 이루어져 액정이 충진되는 액정용기; 및상기 액정용기가 수납되는 케이스로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액정충진수단은 금속으로 이루어진 액정용기로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 액정용기 내부에는 불소수지막이 도포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정용기의 하부에 설치되어 상기 액정용기와 노즐 및 니들시트를 결합하는 결합수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 니들은 금속으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 니들은 스테인리스강으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불소수지막은 딥핑 또는 스프레이방법에 의해 도포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정적하장치.
