Claims (5)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리 에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 70~90중량%와 폴리 부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT) 10~30중량%로 이루어진 PET/PBT의 블랜드물과,상기 PET/PBT 블랜드물 100중량부에 대하여 5~15중량부의 폴리 카보네이트(PC)를 함유하여 이루어지되,상기 PBT는 디메틸렌테레프탈레이트와 1,4-부탄디올을 주성분으로 하고,상기 PC는 비스페놀과 포스겐을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름용 폴리에스테르계 수지 조성물.[화학식 1](상기 식 중에서,p+q는 양의 정수이며, p+q를 1로 했을 경우 q/p = 0.01~0.05이다)
- 제1항에 있어서,PET의 고유점도는 0.6~0.7dl/g이고, PBT의 고유점도는 0.80~1.10dl/g이며, PC의 분자량은 점도평균 분자량으로 17000~23000인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름용 폴리에스테르계 수지 조성물.
- 열수축 필름용으로 이용할 수 있는 폴리에스터 수지 조성물 제조방법으로서,하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리 에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET) 70~90 중량%에 폴리 부틸렌테레프탈레이트(PBT) 10~30 중량%를 혼합하고 트윈 스크류 압출기를 이용하여 온도 230~270℃에서 1차 압출하는 단계(a);상기 단계(a)의 PET와 PBT 블랜드물 100중량부에 대해 폴리 카보네이트(PC)를 5~15중량부로 투입하여 260~320℃의 온도에서 2차 압출하는 단계(b);상기 단계(b)의 압출 다이로부터 나오는 용융물을 급냉된 로울러로 통과시켜 미연신 시트를 성형하는 단계(c); 및상기 단계(c)의 미연신 시트를 유리전이 온도 이상의 온도에서 일축 연신을 실시하여 열수축 필름을 제조하는 단계(d)를 포함하여 구성되되,상기 PBT는 디메틸렌테레프탈레이트와 1,4-부탄디올을 주성분으로 하고,상기 PC는 비스페놀과 포스겐을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름용 폴리에스테르계 수지 조성물 제조방법.[화학식 1](상기 식 중에서,p+q는 양의 정수이며, p+q를 1로 했을 경우 q/p = 0.01~0.05이다)
- 제3항에 있어서,PET의 고유점도는 0.6~0.7dl/g이고, PBT의 고유점도는 0.80~1.10dl/g이며, PC의 분자량은 점도평균 분자량으로 17000~23000인 것을 특징으로 하는 필름용 폴리에스테르계 수지 조성물 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 단계(a) 및/또는 상기 단계(b)의 압출시 압출기의 스크류 엘레멘트 조합에 있어서, 믹싱 존을 세 개로 하여 블랜딩하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름용 폴리에스테르계 수지 조성물 제조방법.
