Claims (5)
- a) 피검사구조물에 초음파를 주사하는 단계;b) 피검사구조물로부터 펄스에코 초음파 데이터를 획득하는 단계; 및c) 상기 획득된 펄스에코 초음파 데이터를, 다음의 수식과 같이 를 매번 갱신하여 반복 연산을 행함으로써 위너 필터 처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 초음파 비파괴 검사 방법.여기서,
- 제 1 항에 있어서,c) 단계는 초음파 빔의 전달 방향의 수직 방향으로 펄스에코 초음파 데이터를 위너 필터 처리하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 비파괴 검사 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위너 필터 처리된 펄스에코 초음파 데이터를 이용하여 피검사구조물을 3차원 공간 시각화하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 비파괴 검사 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 3차원 공간 시각화 단계는 최대밝기투영(MIP; Maximum Intensity Projection) 기법을 이용하여 피검사 구조물을 3차원 공간 시각화하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 비파괴 검사 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 위너 필터 처리된 펄스에코 초음파 데이터를 선형보간하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 비파괴 검사 방법.
