Claims (2)
- 유리기판 상에 액티브 영역을 한정하는 제1블랙매트릭스와 액티브영역 내에서 각 픽셀 영역을 한정하는 제2블랙매트릭스들을 형성하는 단계;상기 제2블랙매트릭스에 의해 한정된 픽셀 영역 각각에 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계;상기 컬러필터 및 제2블랙매트릭스 상에 보호막을 형성하는 단계;상기 단계까지의 기판 결과물의 전면 상에 블랙매트릭스 물질을 도포하는 단계;상기 블랙매트릭스 물질을 패터닝하여 상기 제1블랙매트릭스와 제2블랙매트릭스 상부의 보호막 상에 제3블랙매트릭스를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 적층되어 있는 제1블랙매트릭스와 제3블랙매트릭스를 패터닝하여 액티브 영역을 한정하는 기판 부분 상에 원기둥 형태의 블랙매트릭스 패턴을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 스페이서 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제3블랙매트릭스는 상기 제1블랙매트릭스와의 두께의 합이 요구되는 셀 갭이 되는 두께로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자의 스페이서 형성방법.
