Claims (4)
- 용융아연도금공정에서 아연도금욕에 침지된 강판의 진행방향을 전환하는 싱크롤과, 상기 싱크롤을 지나 진행하는 상기 강판에 압력을 가하는 안정화 롤을 구비하며, 상기 싱크롤에 의해 발생한 반곡을 제어하는 반곡 제어장치에 있어서,상기 안정화 롤을 상기 강판이 위치하는 방향을 따라 이동시키는 롤 이송수단,상기 아연도금욕의 상부에 상기 강판의 폭방향으로 설치되어 상기 강판의 표면과의 거리를 측정하는 3개 이상의 거리측정센서와 상기 거리측정센서로부터 입력된 정보를 이용하여 상기 강판의 반곡을 측정하는 반곡측정부를 포함하는 반곡측정수단, 및상기 반곡측정수단에 의해 측정된 반곡측정치에 상응하는 상기 안정화 롤의 가압력을 상기 강판에 제공하도록 상기 안정화 롤의 이동거리를 계산하는 제어부를 포함하며,상기 반곡측정부는 식 1에 상기 거리측정센서로부터 입력된 정보를 대입하여 상기 강판의 반곡을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반곡 제어장치.식 1(여기에서, a, b, c는 각 거리측정센서에서 측정된 강판의 C반곡 형상을 모델링한 2차 함수식의 계수이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 롤 이송수단은 상기 안정화 롤의 초크에 연결된 로드와, 상기 안정화 롤을 이동시키는 힘을 발생하는 모터와, 상기 모터의 회전운동을 상기 로드의 직선운동으로 전환하는 기어박스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반곡 제어장치.
