Description
Claims (7)
- 압전 기판과,상기 압전 기판상에 형성된, 표면파 전파 방향을 따라 배치된 적어도 1개의 IDT와, 입력 신호 단자 및 출력 신호 단자를 포함하며,상기 입력 신호 단자 및 출력 신호 단자 중 적어도 한쪽은 제 1 및 제 2 평형 신호 단자를 가지고,상기 제 1 평형 신호 단자 또는 제 2 평형 신호 단자에 부가되어 있고 상기 압전 기판상에 형성된, 리액턴스(reactance) 성분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 압전 기판과,상기 압전 기판상에 형성된, 표면파 전파 방향을 따라 배치된 적어도 1개의 IDT와, 입력 신호 단자 및 출력 신호 단자를 포함하며,상기 입력 신호 단자 및 출력 신호 단자 중 적어도 한쪽은 제 1 및 제 2 평형 신호 단자를 가지고,상기 제 1 및 제 2 평형 신호 단자에 각각 부가되어 있고 상기 압전 기판상에 형성된, 제 1 및 제 2 리액턴스 성분을 더 포함하며, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 리액턴스 성분이 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 3개 이상의 IDT를 가지며, 상기 3개 이상의 IDT에 의해 종결합 공진자형 탄성 표면파 필터가 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 리액턴스 성분이 커패시턴스 성분이며, 또한 상기 평형 신호 단자에 병렬로 접속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 커패시턴스 성분이 상기 압전 기판상에 형성된 용량 전극을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄성 표면파 장치.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 탄성 표면파 장치를 대역 필터로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 듀플렉서.
- 안테나와;상기 안테나에 접속된 듀플렉서와;상기 듀플렉서의 한쪽 측에 접속된 제1 탄성 표면파 필터를 구비하는 수신부;를 포함하며,상기 제1 탄성 표면파 필터는 청구항 제 1 항에 기재된 탄성 표면파 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 통신기.
