Abstract

Description

발명의 개요
본 발명은 내부에 전기 모터가 장착된 일체형 하우징을 포함하는 정형외과용 깁스 붕대를 제거하기 위한 톱에 관한 것이다. 상기 전기 모터는 톱날을 작동시키는 회전축을 구비한다. 상기 톱날의 작동은 상기 모터의 회전 속도에 대해 상기 톱날을 필요한 각도 및 속도로 진동시키기에 적합한 변속기를 통해 이루어질 수 있다. 송풍기는 상기 장치를 통해 공기를 유동시키기 위해 모터축의 일단부에 부착된다. 상기 공기는 상기 톱날 주변 영역으로부터 필터 재료에 의해 부분적으로 한정되는 수집 영역 또는 수집 챔버 내로 유동된다. 상기 필터 재료는 공기는 통과시키지만, 동반된 부스러기는 상기 수집 챔버 내에 수집시킨다.

양호한 실시예의 상세한 설명
도면을 참조하면, 회전 가능하게 장착되는 톱날(2)을 수용하는 하우징(1; 제 1도 참조)을 구비한 깁스 톱이 도시된다. 상기 톱날은 21.6 VDC의 제어 전압에서 구동되는 0.12 마력(HP)의 모터인 전기 모터(3)에 의해 구동된다. 전방 축(4)은 상기 하우징(1)의 전방 단부를 향해 연장되고, 상기 전방 축(4)으로부터 톱날(2)까지 동력을 전달하는 변속기(5)에 작동 가능하게 부착된다.
