Claims (17)
- 소마토트로핀 모노머들, 소마토트로핀 올리고머들 및 전하밀도가 1~30%이고, 분자량이 100,000 이상인 음이온성 폴리머를 포함하며, 총단백질의 농도가 1리터당 1g~30g의 범위이고, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 1ppm~1000ppm의 범위로 존재하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 폴리아크릴아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아크릴아미드는 5%~12%의 폴리머 전하밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리아크릴아미드는 8%~11%의 폴리머 전하밀도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 다당류인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 전분 또는 변성 셀룰로오즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 다당류는 감자전분인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 현탁액 내에 1~1000ppm의 농도로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 현탁액 내에 10~100ppm의 농도로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 현탁액 내에 20~30ppm의 농도로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 평균 분자량이 1,000,000보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 평균 분자량이 10,000,000보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 폴리머 전하밀도가 5%~12%이며, 평균 분자량이 10,000,000보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 재 1항에 있어서, 상기 소마토트로핀은 소의 소마토트로핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 1~100ppm의 양으로 존재하며, 폴리머 전하밀도가 5%~12%이고, 평균 분자량이 1,000,000보다 큰 폴리아크릴아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 단백질 현탁액의 pH는 4.5이며, 상기 음이온성 폴리머는 25ppm의 양으로 존재하며, 전하밀도가 10%이고, 평균 분자량이 16,000,000인 폴리아크릴아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 수성 소마토트로핀 단백질 현탁액.
