Claims (5)
- 세라믹으로 성형된 볼트 및 너트 제조 방법에 있어서,세라믹 소재를 선정하여 구비된 세라믹 분말을 물과 혼합하는 공정과;상기 물과 혼합된 세라믹을 스프레이 방식으로 80℃의 챔버내에 구상화하는 공정과;상기 구상화된 세라믹을 볼트 너트형상의 플레스금형에 넣고 압력1ton/㎠∼2ton/㎠로 1차 성형공정과;상기 프레스 성형공정 후 소결로에서 온도 1200℃∼2000℃의 온도로 6∼16시간 동안 전체적인 소성이 이루어지도록 한 다음 서서히 냉각시켜 수직 정암 초음파 방법으로 소결하는 공정과;상기 소결되어 1차 성형된 볼트 또는 너트를 초음파 가공하여 완전한 볼트 너트를 성형한 다음 검사하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 볼트 너트 초음파 성형 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,실리콘나이트라이드(Si3N4) 90%, 이투륨(Y2O3) 5%, 질화티타늄(TiN) 2%, 알루미나(Al2O3) 2%, 산화 티탄(TiO2) 1%의 조성물로 이루어진 복합 실리콘나이트라이드 세라믹분말을 혼합하는 공정과;상기 혼합된 복합 실리콘나이트라이드 세라믹분말을 1: 물 6을 혼합하는 공정과;상기 물과 혼합된 복합 실리콘나이트라이드 세라믹을 스프레이 방식으로 80℃의 챔버내에 구상화하는 공정과;상기 구상화된 복합 실리콘나이트라이드 세라믹 분말을 볼트 또는 너트의 형상으로 프레스 압력1ton/㎠∼2ton/㎠로 1차 성형공정과;상기 프레스 성형공정 후 소결로에서 온도 1750℃에서 2시간 1950℃에서 4시간 동안 소성한 다음 서서히 냉각하는 소결 공정과;상기 소결된 볼트를 초음파 정밀 가공하여 완전한 볼트 너트를 성형한 다음 검사 및 포장하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 볼트 너트 초음파 성형 방법.
