Claims (14)
- 일정형상을 지닌 부품의 표면에 고체 윤활 피막을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,소정 크기 및 형상을 지닌 매질을 준비하는 단계;상기 매질에 윤활제 분말을 피착시키는 단계;상기 윤활제 분말이 피착된 매질과, 상기 부품을 물리적으로 접촉시켜 윤활제 분말을 부품의 표면에 도포하는 단계를 포함하는 고체 윤활 피막 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제 분말이 피착된 매질과 상기 부품의 물리적 접촉은 회전, 진동, 충격, 마찰 등의 기계적인 힘에 의해 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제는 이황화몰리브덴, 이황화텅스텐, 흑연, 질화붕소 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매질에 윤활제 분말을 피착시키는 단계에서, 윤활제 분말과 함께 유기 또는 무기 결합제를 함께 매질에 피착시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활제분말이 도포된 부품을 유기 또는 무기화합물의 희석용액에 침적 후 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기 유기 또는 무기화합물의 희석용액은 용매 100 중량부 대비 0.1 내지 10 중량비로 유기 또는 무기화합물이 희석된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부품을 상기 윤활제가 피착된 매질과 접촉시키기 전에, 윤활제와의 밀착력을 향상시키기 위하여 상기 부품의 표면에 1층 이상의 중간층 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 은, 동, 주석, 납, 금, 아연, 카드뮴 또는 이들의 합금, 및 고체 윤활제와 이들의 복합함금으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중간층은 전기도금, 화학도금, 진공도금, 용사 및 물리화학적 증착으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 방법으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 중간층을 형성한 후에 150 내지 500℃로 열처리하여 중간층의 연성을 증대시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 일정형상을 지닌 부품의 표면에 고체 윤활 피막을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,소정 크기 및 형상을 지닌 매질을 준비하는 단계;용매에 혼합된 고체윤활제를 준비하는 단계;상기 매질에, 상기 용매에 혼합된 고체윤활제를 피착시키는 단계;상기 용매에 혼합된 고체윤활제가 피착된 매질과, 상기 부품을 물리적으로 접촉시켜 부품의 표면에 도포하는 단계;상기 용매에 혼합된 고체윤활제가 도포된 부품을 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 고체윤활피막 형성 방법
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 물 또는 유기 또는 무기화합물의 희석용액인것을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 유기 또는 무기화합물의 희석용액은 용매 대비 0.1 내지 10 중량비로 유기 또는 무기화합물이 희석된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 고체윤활피막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 컴프레서용 사판.
