Abstract

본 발명은 부품수 및 조립 공수를 감소시킴으로써 저렴한 가격으로 제조될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 조립성이 향상될 수 있는 구조를 가지는 자동차의 보조 제동등에 관한 것이다. 보조 제동등은 후방 차량에 제동 상태를 알리도록 자동차의 리어 패키지 트레이에 설치되며, 중앙에 고정되는 전구, 전구의 빛을 반사시키는 리플렉터, 리플렉터의 앞에 설치되는 렌즈, 및 리플렉터를 후방에서 감싸는 커버로 구성된다. 커버는 리어 패키지 트레이와 일체로 성형되고, 전구, 렌즈 및 리플렉터로 구성되는 보조 제동등 조립체가 상기 리플렉터가 상기 커버 내에 위치되도록 상기 리어 패키지 트레이에 설치된다.

Description

자동차의 보조 제동등{A assistant brake lamp}
본 발명은 자동차의 보조 제동등에 관한 것이고, 보다 상세하게는 조립 공수와 부품수를 감소시켜서 제조 비용이 저렴하게 될 수 있는 구조를 가지는 자동차의 보조 제동등에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 자동차의 보조 제동등은 승객실 내의 뒷좌석 후방에 있는 리어 패키지 트림 상면에 설치되는 것으로서, 리어 콤비네이션 램에 제공되는 제동등의 역할을 보조하기 위한 것이다.
종래 보조 제동등의 예로서, 도 1에 도시된 것이 있다. 이 보조 제동등은,중앙에 고정되는 전구(11)의 빛을 반사시키는 리플렉터(11)와, 리플렉터(11)의 앞에 설치되는 렌즈(13)와, 리플렉터(13)의 뒤를 감싸는 램프 커버(14)와, 상단이 램프 커버(14)의 하단 둘레에서 다수의 볼트(도시되지 않음)에 의하여 리어 패키지 트림(15)에 고정되고 하단 양쪽이 리어 패키지 트림(15)에 볼트에 의하여 리어 패키지 트림(15)에 고정되는 램프 바디(10)로 구성되어 있다.
그러나, 상기된 바와 같은 종래의 자동차의 보조 제동등은 전구, 렌즈, 커버 및 리플렉터로 구성되는 조립체의 리어 패키지 트림에 조립된 이후에, 차체 브라켓에 장착되거나, 또는 전구, 렌즈, 리플렉터로 구성된 조립체가 리어 패키지 트레이에 장착된 후에, 차체 브라켓에 다시 조립하고, 커버를 조립체에 장착하는 구조를 가진다. 따라서, 부품수가 증가되는 한편 조립공수가 많기 때문에, 제조 비용이 많이 소요될 뿐만 아니라 조립성이 저하된다는 문제점이 있었다.
따라서, 본 발명의 목적은 부품수 및 조립 공수를 감소시킴으로써 저렴한 가격으로 제조될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 조립성이 향상될 수 있는 구조를 가지는 자동차의 보조 제동등을 제공하는데 있다.

상기된 바와 같은 목적은, 후방 차량에 제동 상태를 알리도록 자동차의 리어 패키지 트레이에 설치되며, 중앙에 고정되는 전구, 전구의 빛을 반사시키는 리플렉터, 리플렉터의 앞에 설치되는 렌즈, 및 리플렉터를 후방에서 감싸는 커버로 구성되는 보조 제동등 조립체에 있어서, 상기 커버는 리어 패키지 트레이와 일체로 성형되고, 전구, 렌즈 및 리플렉터로 구성되는 보조 제동등 조립체가 상기 리플렉터가 상기 커버 내에 위치되도록 상기 리어 패키지 트레이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 보조 제동등에 의하여 달성될 수 있다.
이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 명세서에 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 보다 상세하게 설명한다.
도 2는 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 보조 제동등의 설치 상태를 도시한 단면도이다. 도 2에서, 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 보조 제동등은 리플렉터(2)의 후방을 감사는 커버(1)가 리어 패키지 트레이(3)와 동시에 리어 패키지 트레이(3)와 일체로 성형된다. 이러한 상태에서, 전구(5), 렌즈(6) 및 리플렉터(2)로 구성되는 보조 제동등 조립체가 리플렉터(2)가 커버(1) 내에 위치되도록 리어 패키지 트레이(3)에 설치된다.
보조 제동등 조립체가 커버(1) 내에 위치될 때, 리플렉터(2)의 후면과 커버(1)의 내면은 리플렉터(2)의 후면으로부터 연장하는 스페이서(4)에 의하여 서로 일정한 거리가 유지된다.
전구(5), 렌즈(6) 및 리플렉터(2)로 구성되는 보조 제동등 조립체가 커버(1)내에서 리어 패키지 트레이(3)에 설치될 때, 렌즈(6)의 하측 지점(7)과 리플렉터(2)의 하측 지점(8)이 리어 패키지 트레이(2)에 볼트와 같은 체결 수단에 의하여 고정된다.
상기된 바와 같은 본 발명에 따른 자동차의 보조 제동등에 의하면, 커버가리어 패키지 트레이와 일체로 성형되고, 전구, 렌즈 및 리플렉터로 구성되는 조립체가 커버에서 리어 패키지 트레이에 설치되므로, 부품수 및 조립 공수를 감소되어 보다 저렴한 가격으로 제조될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 조립성이 향상될 수 있다.

  1. 후방 차량에 제동 상태를 알리도록 자동차의 리어 패키지 트레이에 설치되며, 중앙에 고정되는 전구, 전구의 빛을 반사시키는 리플렉터, 리플렉터의 앞에 설치되는 렌즈, 및 리플렉터를 후방에서 감싸는 커버로 구성되는 보조 제동등 조립체에 있어서,
    상기 커버는 리어 패키지 트레이와 일체로 성형되고, 전구, 렌즈 및 리플렉터로 구성되는 보조 제동등 조립체가 상기 리플렉터가 상기 커버 내에 위치되도록 상기 리어 패키지 트레이에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 보조 제동등.
